heal.abstract	Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση θέτει συνεχώς ολοένα και πιο φιλόδοξους στόχους στον τομέα της ανακύκλωσης και της προστασίας του περιβάλλοντος γενικότερα. Το συνολικό επίπεδο ανακύκλωσης φαίνεται να επηρεάζεται από την στάση των τοπικών κοινοτήτων, τις πολιτικές και τις δράσεις της τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης, τη διαθεσιμότητα δικτύων συλλογής και εγκαταστάσεων ανακύκλωσης. Το κλειδί για την αύξηση του όγκου της ανακύκλωσης με έναν βιώσιμο και κερδοφόρο τρόπο είναι η ευθυγράμμιση των κινήτρων μεταξύ των ενδιαφερομένων μερών (πολιτών, τοπικών κοινωνιών, επιχειρήσεων, κέντρων διαλογής, εγκαταστάσεων ανακύκλωσης, φορέων τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης κλπ). Σκοπός της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η ανάπτυξη ενός επιχειρηματικού πλάνου για τη δημιουργία μιας startup επιχείρησης που θα δραστηριοποιηθεί στον κλάδο της παροχής υπηρεσιών ανακύκλωσης, της πώλησης εξοπλισμών διαλογής, συλλογής και επεξεργασίας ανακυκλώσιμων υλικών μέσω συνεργασιών με ξένους οίκους. Η εταιρεία στοχεύει στο να αυξήσει συνολικά την ανακύκλωση μέσω ενός ολοκληρωμένου συστήματος επιβράβευσης με συλλογή πόντων ανταπόδοσης προς τους συνεργαζόμενους πολίτες, τοπικές κοινωνίες και επιχειρήσεις που θα προβαίνουν σε δράσεις ανακύκλωσης (αλλά και γενικότερα προστασίας του περιβάλλοντος). Η επιχείρηση θα παρέχει υπηρεσίες προς τους φορείς που δραστηριοποιούνται στον κλάδο της ανακύκλωσης και της διαχείρισης αποβλήτων (δημόσιους και ιδιωτικούς), αυξάνοντας τους όγκους και την καθαρότητα των ανακυκλώσιμων υλικών που παραλαμβάνουν (άρα δημιουργώντας αξία στους πελάτες της). Το όφελος που θα προκύπτει από την αύξηση των όγκων των ανακυκλώσιμων υλικών θα αποτελεί κίνητρο τόσο για τις συνεργαζόμενες τοπικές κοινωνίες-επιχειρήσεις που θα κερδίζουν εμπράκτως ανακυκλώνοντας, όσο και για τους φορείς του κλάδου της ανακύκλωσης. Η καινοτομία του συστήματος έγκειται στο γεγονός ότι:  Επιτυγχάνεται η μείωση της ποσότητας των σύμμεικτων αποβλήτων που οδηγούνται προς ταφή (οπότε ο Δήμος εξοικονομεί σημαντικούς πόρους).  Μειώνεται δραστικά το κόστος συλλογής και διαχείρισης των απορριμμάτων (οπότε ο Δήμος εξοικονομεί σημαντικούς πόρους).  Επιτυγχάνεται η διαλογή στην πηγή με ελάχιστο κόστος.  Δεν απαιτούνται χωριστοί κάδοι στα νοικοκυριά για κάθε ανακυκλώσιμο υλικό, συνεπώς δεν απαιτείται επιπλέον χώρος στις οικίες για τα λοιπά απορρίμματα και τα ανακυκλώσιμα.  Επιτυγχάνεται εύκολη συλλογή και είναι δυνατό να χρησιμοποιηθεί ένας κάδος (αντί πολλών διαφορετικών για κάθε ανακυκλώσιμο, εξαίρεση αποτελούν τα οργανικά) που θα μαζεύονται όλα τα ανακυκλώσιμα μιας και η διαλογή τους έχει γίνει ήδη από τον πολίτη στην σακούλα και η οποία φέρει ξεχωριστό sticker για κάθε υλικό.  Καθίσταται εύκολη η αναγνώριση του περιεχομένου των κάδων στα κέντρα διαλογής (είτε χειροκίνητα και οπτικά, είτε με σύστημα αυτόματο αναγνώρισης RFID).  Το σύστημα μπορεί να ειδοποιεί άμεσα τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου όταν ο κάδος κοντεύει να γεμίσει, μέσω ενός μετρητή στάθμης. Επιτρέπεται λοιπόν η συνεχής και αδιάλειπτη παρακολούθηση ολόκληρου του δικτύου, ενώ παρέχεται δυνατότητα εύκολου reporting.  Μειώνεται το carbon footprint.  Καθίσταται εύκολη η διαχείριση των αποβλήτων από τα Κέντρα Διαλογής. Επίσης, δίνονται άμεσα οφέλη στους συμμετέχοντες μέσω ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος που μπορούν να τα εξαργυρώσουν σε εκπτωτικά κουπόνια από τις τοπικές επιχειρήσεις (έτσι δημιουργείται μεγαλύτερο κίνητρο και δέσμευση στην κοινότητα για ανακύκλωση), σε οικολογικά προϊόντα, σε κοινωνικούς σκοπούς. Με τον τρόπο αυτό εκτός από τα σημαντικά περιβαλλοντικά οφέλη και τα οφέλη σε επίπεδο τοπικής κοινωνίας, επιτυγχάνονται σημαντικά οικονομικά προσωπικά οφέλη.	el
heal.abstract	The European Union is continually setting all the more increasing ambitious targets on the fields of recycling and environmental protection in general. The overall level of recycling seems to be influenced by the attitude of local communities, the policies and actions of local authorities, the availability of the recycling-collectors network and of also the recycling plants. The key element for increasing the volume of recycling in a both sustainable and profitable way is to align incentives among all parties concerned (be they citizens, local communities, businesses, sorting centers, recycling plants, local authorities etc). The aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan to form and create a startup company that will operate in the field of the recycling services provision, the sale of sorting, collection and processing of recyclable materials equipment, through forming partnerships with firms from abroad. The aim of the company is to totally enhance the recycling process through an integrated reward system by collecting loyalty points for the cooperating citizens, as well as the local communities and these companies that will engage in recycling activities (on a more general level too, towards the protection of the environment). The company will be providing services to those (both public and private) operants in the fields of recycling and waste management by aiding to the increase in the volume and purity of the recyclable materials received (thus creating a higher value to their clients). The end result and benefit from the increase in the recyclables volume will actually prove to be the incentive for both partners, i.e. communities- businesses, that will be gaining in practice by recycling, as well as for these involved in the recycling industry. This innovation of this particular system lies in the following facts:  Reduction of the amount of mixed waste going to landfills (making the local governmental bodies save on numerous resources)  Radical reduction in the cost of waste collection and management (with the local governmental bodies save on a variety of resources)  Sorting ad situ for a minimal cost is achieved  No need for separate bins in households for different types of recyclable materials, therefore there is no need for extra space in households for the common household litter and the recyclables  Easy collection process is achieved and the use of a single garbage bin is feasible (instead of the many different bins for every recyclable material, excluding organic waste), which will be for all recyclable materials, since their sorting will have been initiated by the citizens using a bag carrying a separate sticker for every material  It will be easy to identify the contents of bins in the sorting centers (whether it is performed manually and visually, or by an automatic identification system RFID)  This particular system can immediately notify the local governing services every time the bin is about to fill up, through a specific gauge system. We will be therefore monitoring continuously and unceasingly the entire network, also having the option for easy reporting services  Carbon footprint is getting less  Easy waste management in the Sorting Centres is achieved All parties involved are also immediately benefited via an electronic system that can redeem their loyalty points in discount coupons from local companies (thus creating a higher motivation and commitment to recycling for the whole community), in organic products, and social causes. Thus, besides the important environmental benefits and the benefits towards the local communities, a significant improvement in personal finances is also achieved.	en
