heal.abstract	Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, επιχειρείται η επικαιροποίηση των τεχνικών ελλείψεων των λιμένων ακτοπλοΐας της Περιφέρειας Νοτίου Αιγαίο. Μέσω της καταγραφής προκύπτουν διαγράμματα που υποδεικνύουν το μέγεθος κάθε κατηγορίας ελλείψεων, στο σύνολο της Περιφέρειας. Αρχικά, έγινε η χωρική απεικόνιση των λιμένων στο χάρτη, ακολούθησε η παρουσίαση του νησιωτικού χώρου προκειμένου να καταγραφούν τα στοιχεία κάθε νήσου και τέλος παρουσιάστηκαν οι αρμόδιοι φορείς διαχείρισης του λιμενικού συστήματος. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται το ακτοπλοϊκό δίκτυο της Περιφέρειας, έτσι ώστε να εξεταστεί η δυναμική των λιμένων και να συνεκτιμηθεί στα συμπεράσματα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, γίνεται φωτογραφική αποτύπωση των λιμενικών εγκαταστάσεων και υποδομών, και αναλύονται τα στοιχεία κίνησης καθώς και η δομή του δικτύου. Έπειτα, γίνεται σύντομη αναφορά στις συμβατικές υπηρεσίες λιμένων, παρουσιάζεται η δομή του ερωτηματολογίου που αποτέλεσε και την πηγή της παρούσας εργασίας και αναλύεται η μεθοδολογία καταγραφής των στοιχείων. 3 Τα αποτελέσματα της καταγραφής παρουσιάζονται σε μορφή διαγραμμάτων, προκειμένου να έχουμε μία γενικότερη εικόνα των σημερινών ελλείψεων. Ακολουθεί ο σχολιασμός των αποτελεσμάτων. Κλείνοντας, γίνεται η αποτίμηση των συμπερασμάτων που προκύπτουν από την παρούσα εργασία και η παράθεση των προτάσεων.	el
heal.abstract	The purpose of this work is to update the technical shortcomings in the coastal ports of the Region of South Aegean. Through the registration, resulting charts indicate the size of each category of deficiencies in the Region. Initially, there is a spatial representation of the ports on the map, followed by the presentation of the insular space to record the details of each island and finally it is represented, the responsible of the port system operators. Then, the ferry network in the Region is presented, in order to examine the dynamic of ports and to take account in the conclusions. More specifically, there is photographic survey of port facilities and infrastructures and then there is an analysis of traffic data and the structure of the network. It is followed by a brief reference to conventional port services. Additionally it shows the structure of the questionnaire which was the main source of this study and the data recording methodology. The results of the inventory are shown in diagram form, in order to have a general picture of current deficiencies which is followed by the results. Finally, there is an assessment of the conclusions drawn from this work and the juxtaposition of proposals.	en
