heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση της σεισμικής συμπεριφοράς μιας ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας, η εκτίμηση της πραγματικής αντοχής και η πρόταση ενίσχυσής της εφόσον χρειαστεί. Για το σκοπό αυτό έγινε χρήση σύγχρονων ανελαστικών μεθόδων ανάλυσης όπως είναι η στατική ανελαστική ανάλυση (Pushover). Για την εφαρμογή των παραπάνω αναλύσεων χρησιμοποιήθηκε το πρόγραμμα Etabs 2015. Πιο αναλυτικά: Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζεται ο σκοπός της διπλωματικής εργασίας με βάση τη σεισμική επικινδυνότητα. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, αναλύονται ορισμένες έννοιες των σύγχρονων αντισεισμικών κανονισμών όπως η πλαστιμότητα, η στοχευόμενη μετακίνηση, η καμπύλη ικανότητας και η λογική των πλαστικών αρθρώσεων σε μια κατασκευή. Tο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στη μορφολογία της υπό εξέταση ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας, όπως επίσης και στον τρόπο με τον οποίο προσομοιώθηκε στο λογισμικό. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο, ορίζονται οι παράμετροι της στατικής ανελαστικής ανάλυσης και στη συνέχεια εξάγονται τα αποτελέσματα που προέκυψαν για κάθε κτίριο. Το πέμπτο κεφάλαιο πραγματεύεται την ενίσχυση της κατασκευής. Πραγματοποιούνται δύο ενισχύσεις και επιλέγεται η προσφορότερη. Κατόπιν, προσδιορίζεται το κέντρο στροφής και γίνεται εκτίμηση του κόστους ενίσχυσης. Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο, διατυπώνονται τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από την αποτίμηση της συμπεριφοράς της κατασκευής καθώς και οι προτάσεις για περαιτέρω έρευνα.	el
heal.abstract	The topic of the thesis is to conduct a research analysis in regard to the seismic behavior of a hotel establishment, to estimate its actual structural strength and in case this is necessary to propose for its reinforcement. For the purpose of the research, modern, inelastic methods were being used, such as the static inelastic analysis (Pushover). The analysis was then performed through the use and the application of the structural software Etabs 2015. More precisely: Chapter 1 presents the aim of the the sis based on the seismic risk. Chapter 2 analyzes certain terms of the current anti-seismic regulations, such as the ductility, the target displacement, the capacity curve and the hinges of the structure. Chapter 3 refers to the morphology of the assessed hotel establishment as well as to the method of its simulation in the software. Chapter 4 sets out the parameters of the static inelastic analysis and consequently it presents the relevant results for each structure. Chapter 5 examines the case of the structural reinforcement. This section, conducts an analysis of two reinforcement case scenarios and the appropriate one is proposed. Afterwards, the center of rigidity is being assessed and there is also an estimation in regard to the cost of the reinforcement. Chapter 6 presents the final results following from the evaluation of the structural behavior as well as relevant proposals for future scientific research.	en
