heal.abstract	Το Μαρκόπουλο είναι ένας δήμος της Ανατολικής Αττικής, στην καρδιά των Μεσογείων. Γνώρισε μεγάλη οικιστική ανάπτυξη, με τα έργα που υλοποιήθηκαν, κατά την περίοδο των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων του 2004, μαζί με τις περιοχές Κορωπί και Κερατέα. Η παρούσα διπλωματική αφορά τη δημιουργία ενός γραμμικού πάρκου στο Μαρκόπουλο, όπου το οικόπεδο επέμβασης, οριοθετείται μεταξύ της Λεωφόρου Μαρκοπούλου, της Λεωφόρου Αθηνών και της οδού Γεωργίου Μεθενίτη. Για την βέλτιστη πρόσβαση στο δήμο, αρχικός στόχος είναι η οργάνωση των οδικών αξόνων περιμετρικά του οικοπέδου και η αναδιαμόρφωση του σταθμού των λεωφορίων του ΚΤΕΛ, ο οποίος βρίσκεται στη βόρεια πλεύρα του οικοπέδου. Στο εν λόγω σημείο βρίσκεται η πρώτη είσοδος του πάρκου, σηματοδοτούμενη από μια ελαφριά κατασκευή. Το πάρκο διατρέχουν δύο διαδρομές, από τις οποίες η μία αναφέρεται στους πεζούς και η άλλη στους ποδηλάτες, οι οποίες συγκλίνουν και αποκλίνουν σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, όπως στον παλαιό Σιδηροδρομικό Σταθμό (γραμμή τρένου Μαρκόπουλο- Λαύριο) και το κολυμβητήριο. Τέλος, η εκτόνωση του πάρκου γίνεται στο νότιο μέρος του οικοπέδου, στο οποίο συναντάμε το αρμονικά εντασσόμενο στο φυσικό περιβάλλον κολυμβητήριο, με σκοπό την εξυπηρέτηση των πολιτών του δήμου Μαρκοπούλου, αλλά και των γύρω περιοχών, όπου μετά από έρευνα στο νομό Αττικής, διαπιστώθηκε η έλλειψη κολυμβητηρίων στην Ανατολική Αττική,	el
heal.abstract	Markopoulo is a municipality of Eastern Attica, in the heart of Messogias. It knew big built-up growth, with the work that was materialised, at the period of Olympic Games 2004, with the regions Koropi and Keratea. The diplomatic concerns the creation of linear park in Markopoulo, where the site of intervention, is delimited between the Avenue Markopoulo, the Avenue Athens and the road Georgioy Metheniti. For the most optimal access to the site, initial target is the organisation of road axes of perimetrically plot and the redevelopment of a station for bus line (KTEL), which is found in the northern side of the site. In the specific point is found the first entry of park, signaled from a light manufacture. The park is crossed by two ways, the one is reported in pedestrian and the other in cyclist, that converge and deviate in points of interest, as in the old Railway Station (line of train Markopoulo to Lavrion) and the natatorium. Finally, the park ends in the southern part of the site, in which we meet the natatorium which is harmoniously included in the natural environment. It aims to service the citizens of municipality Markopoulo, but also the surrounded regions, where after research in Attica, was realised the lack of natatorium in Eastern Attica.	en
