heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία αποτελεί το ερευνητικό έναυσμα μιας πορείας που διαπραγματεύεται το αίτημα της αντίληψης, κατανόησης και ερμηνείας του Αττικού τοπίου που μας περιβάλλει. Η έρευνα έχει ως άμεσο περιβάλλον το κέντρο της Αθήνας, εστιάζοντας στην περιοχή απο το Παναθηναϊκό στάδιο ως και την αρχαία πηγή της Καλιρρόης, προσπαθόντας να θέσει με σαφήνεια στο σήμερα το πρόβλημα του συγκεκριμένου τόπου. Όπως εντοπίζει ο Αρης Κωσταντινίδης: “ «…το κύριο πρόβλημα της περιοχής του Ζαππείου είναι πώς ένας τέτοιος χώρος θα αξιολογηθεί οργανικά και αισθητικά ανάλογα με την θέση του μέσα στην έκταση της πρωτεύουσας και ανάλογα με το τοπίο που το περιβάλλει.» . Η βασική αυτή κατεύθυνση ενσαρκώνει το πνεύμα της εργασίας και προσπαθεί να το απελευθερώσει πάνω στον τόπο δια μέσω του σχεδιασμού. Λαμβάνοντας δε υπ’ όψιν και τη συνέχεια του παραπάνω κειμένου, : « … και στον πιο ανίδεο παρατηρητή δεν είναι άγνωστο ότι ο κήπος του Ζαππείου προσφέρει μια αξιοθαύμαστη πανοραμική θέα προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις. Τον Υμηττό, το Στάδιο και τον Αρδηττό, το Σαρωνικό, την Αίγινα και τα Βουνά της Πελοποννήσου), προς το λόφο του Φιλοπάππου και την Ακρόπολη και προς αυτόν τον Λυκαβυττό. Μια θέα δηλαδή, προς ένα κλασσικό Αττικό τοπίο αξιοθαύμαστο όσο και μοναδικό.» Η Αστικότητα στην παρούσα μελέτη είναι εκείνο το δυναμικό μεταβαλλόμενο φαινόμενο που διαμορφώνει τη ζωή, τη σκέψη και τα συναισθήματα, φιλοξενούμενο στην Αττική τοπιογραφία. Η αρχιτεκτονική ιδέα, ή καλύτερα συνθετική ιδέα, επιλέγει απο τις δυναμικές του περιβάλλοντος εκείνες των οποίων η ιεράρχηση θα κάνει δυνατή τη φανέρωση νέων καταστάσεων και προτύπων συμβίωσης. Το νέο περιβάλλον είναι βασισμένο στο όραμα της απο κοινού επανακατοίκησης του Αττικού τοπίου όχι με όρους οικονομίας, και πλούτου, αλλά με σκοπό την παραγωγή νοήματος, και άρα την ανάπτυξη πολιτισμικής και ερωτικής σχέσης με τον τόπο. ( όπου εδώ το ερωτικής συμπυκνώνει τη δημιουργική ανανέωση με την ταυτόχρονη υπενθύμηση του θανάτου της πρώτερης κατάστασης.) Ο σχεδιασμός δεν εκφράζει το εσωτερικό αισθητικό αίτημα παραγωγής αντικειμένων αλλά είναι το μέσο για να αναγνώριζεις και να συνύπαρχεις. Η κυριότερη θεώρηση της εργασίας λοιπόν έγγυται σην θεμελιώδη παρατήρηση της ανάγκης για συνύπαρξη, τόσο κοινωνικής και αναφερώμενης άρα σε ένα παρόν όσο και χωρικής και άρα μη χρονικά προσδιορίσιμης. Αίτημα της σπουδής είναι ο σχηματισμός ενός χώρου τόσο συννεκτικού με το περιβάλλον του όσο και επεμβατικού με σκοπό την απελευθέρωση και τη σύνθεση νέων δυναμικών κατοίκησης.	el
