heal.abstract	Ο εργατικός οικισμός των Άσπρων Σπιτιών, πέρα από μόλις 54 χρόνια ζωής, κρύβει και μια εφαρμογή στη πράξη των θεωρητικών αρχών του σπουδαίου αρχιτέκτονα και πολεοδόμου Κωνσταντίνου Δοξιάδη. Η πρώτη παρατήρηση του ιδιόμορφου αυτού οικισμού, οδηγεί σε μια μελέτη των θεωρητικών αρχών του Δοξιάδη σχετικά με τη δημιουργία νέων πόλεων, και πιο συγκεκριμένα : στη μελέτη των Συμποσίων της Δήλου που ο ίδιος διοργάνωνε, στην συνεχή έρευνα του πάνω στην αρχαία ελληνική πόλη, στη καταγραφή των βασικών στοιχείων της επιστήμης Οικιστικής που ο ίδιος ανέπτυξε, και τέλος στις μεθόδους του για την ανάπτυξη συνεκτικών ανθρώπινων κοινοτήτων με βάση το σύστημα της εντοπίας. Στη συνέχεια περιγράφεται η διαδικασία σχεδιασμού του οικισμού των Άσπρων Σπιτιών, η οποία ακολουθεί τις θεωρητικές στρατηγικές που αναλύθηκαν. Δεδομένου του ότι οι πρακτικές αρχές του σχεδιασμού έχουν εφαρμοστεί στο μοντέλο του οικισμού, η αναζήτηση στρέφεται στο κατά πόσο έχουν αφομοιωθεί και οι μέθοδοι κοινωνικής εξέλιξης και εντοπίας. Η απάντηση προσεγγίζεται μέσα από έρευνα πεδίου και καταγραφή της σημερινής εικόνας του οικισμού, μέσα από 4 στοιχεία : τη στάση της βιομηχανίας-ιδιοκτήτριας του οικισμού, την εκπαίδευση στις σχολικές μονάδες, τη λειτουργία της κεντρικής αγοράς, και τέλος συνεντεύξεις με τους ίδιους τους κατοίκους. Τα συμπεράσματα αφορούν τόσο την εξέλιξη της επιδιωκόμενης συνεκτικής κοινωνικής ζωής του σχεδιασμού , όσο και τη καταγραφή της υλοποιημένης ατομικής αλλά και συλλογικής εντοπίας στο μοντέλο των Άσπρων Σπιτιών.	el
heal.abstract	The industrial settlement of Aspra Spitia, has just 54 years of life and conceals a practical application of the theoretical principles of the great architect and city planner Constantinos Doxiadis. The first observation of this unique settlement, led to a study of the basic methods of Doxiadis on the creation of new cities, and more specifically to: the study of Delos Symposiums which he organized, the continuous research on the ancient Greek city, the basic principles of the science of Ekistics that he developed, and finally, the methods for the development of coherent human communities based on the system of ‘entopia’. The second part of this research, describes the planning process of Aspra Spitia, which follows the theoretical strategies analyzed in the first place. Given that the practical design principles have been applied in the settlement, the search turns to the question : are the social development methods and the system οf entopia applied in this model? The answer is approached through research in the settlement , according to the current image of the town through 4 elements: the attitude of the industry and owner of the settlement, the education in its schools, the central market, and finally the interviews of the residents themselves. The conclusions concern both the development of the cohesive society- which was pursued by the design-, and the search of the materialized model of ‘entopia’ in Aspra Spitia	en
