heal.abstract	Θέμα της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι ο σχεδιασμός μόνιμης ζεύξης της νήσου Σαλαμίνος με το Πέραμα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, γίνεται η γενική παρουσίαση του Έργου αυτού, από την επιλογή του τρόπου ζεύξης έως τον τρόπο κατασκευής και λειτουργίας του και επιχειρείται μια αξιολόγηση του επενδυτικού αυτού σχεδίου. Η εργασία αποτελείται από τέσσερα μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζεται το πρόβλημα που προκύπτει από την ακτοπλοϊκή σύνδεση της Σαλαμίνας με την Αττική και προτείνεται η κατασκευή μόνιμης οδικής ζεύξης για την επίλυσή του, ενώ στη συνέχεια επισημαίνονται οι βασικότεροι παράγοντες που θα πρέπει να ληφθούν υπόψη κατά την επιλογή της βέλτιστης λύσης. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, δίνονται γενικές πληροφορίες για τις ζεύξεις πορθμών και αξιολογούνται οι πιθανοί τρόποι σύνδεσης της Σαλαμίνας με το Πέραμα, όπου επιλέγεται εν τέλει η υποπυθμένια οδική σήραγγα. Στο τρίτο μέρος της εργασίας, γίνεται ο σχεδιασμός της σήραγγας, κατά τον οποίον επιλέγεται η χάραξη και η βέλτιστη διατομή της. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύονται οι μέθοδοι κατασκευής των επιπυθμένιων σηράγγων οι οποίοι κι θα εφαρμοστούν για το υπό ανάλυση Έργο. Στο τέταρτο και τελευταίο μέρος της εργασίας, καταστρώνεται το χρονοδιάγραμμα κατασκευής του Έργου και υπολογίζεται το ύψος του προϋπολογισμού. Ακόμη, επιχειρείται η οικονομική αξιολόγηση του επενδυτικού σχεδίου με τη χρήση σχετικών κριτηρίων (IRR & NPV), μία ανάλυση ευαισθησίας και τέλος μια πιθανολογική ανάλυση με προσομοίωση Monte Carlo. Με τις μεθόδους αυτές, αναδεικνύονται η κερδοφορία του Έργου και η ευαισθησία της επένδυσης στις μεταβολές των οικονομικών δεδομένων αντίστοιχα.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of this master’s thesis is the design of a permanent crossing of the Salamis-Perama Strait. A general presentation of this project is organized, containing the whole process, from the selection of the crossing method, to its construction and operation and after that, a financial analysis of the investment is attempted. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first one, the problem caused by the ferry boat connection of the Salamis Island with Attica is presented and followed by the suggestion of the construction of a permanent road connection, as a solution of the problem mentioned. Afterwards, the main factors concerning the selection of the best solution are presented. In the second part, general information regarding strait crossing is provided and the possible solutions for the Perama – Salamis Crossing are evaluated, before the immersed – tube tunnel final election. In the third part of this master’s thesis the design of the tunnel is analyzed, where the tunnel alignment and the most suitable cross – section are selected. Moreover, there is a detailed description of the immersed – tube tunnels construction methods which will be implemented to the project. In the final -fourth- part, the project schedule is set and the budget is estimated. Furthermore, a financial assessment of the investment is attempted, using proper criteria, such as NPV and IRR, followed by a sensitivity analysis and a probabilistic analysis using the Monte Carlo stimulation. Finally, the value and the profitability of the project is proved.	en
