heal.abstract	Το θέμα αφορά στην αξιοποίηση και ανάδειξη ενός δασικού μονοπατιού της Κύπρου, μέσω μιας σειράς τοπιακών παρεμβάσεων. Το συγκεκριμένο μονοπάτι σήμερα φέρει το όνομα «Ενετικά Γεφύρια», εξαιτίας της ύπαρξης πέντε ενετικών, λίθινων γεφυριών κατά μήκος του, και βρίσκεται στο κρατικό Δάσος Πάφου, στους νοτιοδυτικούς πρόποδες της οροσειράς του Τροόδους. Η μελέτη έχει σαν στόχο, αφού περάσει από την αναγνώριση της ευρύτερης περιοχής που το μονοπάτι καταλαμβάνει, να καταλήξει στη σημειακή παρέμβαση και το σχεδιασμό ελαφριάς κατασκευής. Η αναγνώριση και κατανόηση της ευρύτερης περιοχής ξεκινά από τη μελέτη της ιστορίας και του μύθου του μονοπατιού, συνεχίζει μέσω της καταγραφής των φυσικών και ανθρωποποίητων στοιχείων που προσδιορίζουν το τοπίο, της χαρτογράφησης των ιδιαίτερων αισθητικών ποιοτήτων του, για να καταλήξει σε μια συνολική στρατηγική παρέμβασης, η οποία αφορά ήπιες σημειακές παρεμβάσεις σε ολόκληρο το μονοπάτι, με σκοπό την ενίσχυση των φιλικών προς το τοπίο δραστηριοτήτων. Ακολούθως, επιλέγονται και σχεδιάζονται τέσσερα πιλοτικά σημεία, για τα οποία η πρόταση παρέμβασης γίνεται πιο συγκεκριμένη. Μελετώνται και καταγράφονται τα ειδικά χαρακτηριστικά του κάθε σημείου/περιοχής και έτσι προκύπτουν οι βασικές κινήσεις και χαράξεις στο τοπίο. Σχεδιάζονται οι απαραίτητες, ήπιες τοπιακές διαμορφώσεις για το κάθε σημείο, ενώ πιο λεπτομερώς σχεδιάζεται η ξύλινη ελαφριά κατασκευή, που θα λειτουργεί πια ως σημείο αναφοράς στο τοπίο. Άλλοτε θα καθορίζει την πορεία του περιπατητή, ενώ άλλοτε θα αποτελεί σημείο στάσης γι’ αυτόν, προσφέροντάς του δυνατότητες πληροφόρησης, ανάπαυσης, θέασης, ορνιθοπαρατήρησης, κλπ.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the augmentation of a forest trail in Cyprus which is implemented through a series of landscape interventions. This trail has the name “Venetian Bridges Nature Trail”, because there are five Venetian stone bridges along it. It is situated in the Paphos Forest area, in the southwest foot of the Troodos Mountains. The aim of this study is firstly to recognize the characteristics of the surrounding area and then to result in the spotlight intervention and the design of a lightweight construction. The recognition and understanding of the surrounding area starts from the study of the trail’s history and myth. It goes through the recording of the physical and human characteristics which specify the landscape and it continues with the mapping of its special aesthetic qualities in order to result in an overall intervention strategy, which relates to mild spotlights interventions in the whole of the trail. The purpose of this strategy is to strengthen the environmentally-friendly activities. Adding to the above, four indicative points are selected and designed in a more zoom-in scale. The specific characteristics of every point/ area are studied and recorded, so that the basic movements and design intentions in the landscape are accrued. The necessary mild landscape configurations are designed for every point and at the same time, the timber lightweight construction is designed in a more detailed way. This timber construction will be a gathering place in the landscape which will be defining the course of the walker or offering information, a resting place, observation capabilities, etc.	en
