heal.abstract	Στόχο της παρούσας ερευνητικής εργασίας αποτέλεσε η διερεύνηση του μεταβατικού χώρου ανάμεσα στον κόσμο των ζωντανών και τον κόσμο των νεκρών. Πρόκειται για την αναφορά σε ένα ιδιαίτερο όριο, που αποκαλύπτεται ότι λαμβάνει διαφορετικές χωρικές ποιότητες και διαστάσεις, κι έτσι συλλαμβάνεται εν τελεί ως τόπος μετάβασης. Θα υποστηρίξουμε πως ενώ αποτελεί κοινό τόπο μεταξύ των δύο Κόσμων, οι ποιότητές του εξαρτώνται από τον τρόπο με τον οποίο το κάθε άτομο εισέρχεται σε αυτόν μέσω της προσωπικής του διαδρομής στην ζωή. Αρχικά, πραγματοποιείται μία αναφορά στην έννοια του θανάτου, στην ανάγκης αποδοχής του ως φαινόμενο και στον «ρόλο» του απέναντι στο φαινόμενο «ζωή». Την θεώρηση της επίγνωσης του θανάτου προκειμένου να ζήσει κάνεις με πληρότητα, την συναντούμε με εμφατικό τρόπο στο έργο των αρχαίων Ελλήνων. Με γνώμονα τη συγκεκριμένη διαπίστωση, θέσαμε ως βασικό πεδίο έρευνας για την εξερεύνηση του χώρου του ορίου, την αττική τραγωδία. Ο θεατρικός χώρος και η έντονη σχέση του κεντρικού ζητήματος του θανάτου στις τραγωδίες αποτέλεσαν τους βασικούς λόγους επιλογής του πεδίου αυτού. Αφού παρουσιαστούν συνοπτικά οι επιλεγμένες τραγωδίες, δίνοντας έμφαση στα κομβικά σημεία της μετάβασης από τον «Πάνω» στον «Κάτω Κόσμο», εξετάζονται τα χωρικά αποτελέσματα που προκύπτουν στους χώρους «μετάβασης». Τέλος, αξιολογούνται συνολικά και σε αντιδιαστολή οι επιμέρους διαπιστώσεις, και πραγματοποιείται μια απόπειρα σχολιασμού της μεταφοράς των ποιοτήτων που αυτές θα όριζαν στον χώρο του «πραγματικού».	el
heal.abstract	The purpose of the current research is the examination of the space of transition between the living world and the underworld. It refers to a special case of the border, which receives different spatial qualities and dimensions and, therefore, it can be considered as a space of transition. From our perspective, even though this space can be considered as a common place between the two worlds, it’s qualities depend on the way in which each one enters this area through his personal way in life. Initially, there is a reference made to the concept of death, to the need for its acceptance as a phenomenon and to its role towards the phenomenon of life. The consideration of a way of living, in which the awareness of death is critical in order for someone to live in fullness, is emphatically observed in the artistic and philosophical work of ancient Greeks. On the basis of this ascertainment, the ancient Greek tragedy is set as the field of research for the examination of the space of transition. The direct correlation between the ancient Greek tragedy, the theatrical space and the subject of death was the main reason for this choice. After mentioning the selected ancient tragedies, emphasizing on the critical parts of the transition between the two worlds, we examine the spatial outcomes about this area. Finally, the results are evaluated in total as well as in comparison to each other and there is also made an attempt to comment on the qualities which these results would introduce to the “real” world.	en
