heal.abstract	Σε αυτή τη διάλεξη θα εξεταστεί το φυσικό φως, ως μέσον με το οποίο ο άνθρωπος αντιλαμβάνεται το περιβάλλον του. Συγκεκριμένα, θα διερευνηθεί ο φυσικός φωτισμός ενός χώρου- που προέρχεται από ανοίγματα τα οποία βρίσκονται στην οροφή, τόσο σε σχέση με την ατμόσφαιρα που δημιουργεί, όσο και με την αλληλεπίδρασή του με τον ψυχισμό του ανθρώπου. Είναι γεγονός ότι παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν το φυσικό φως, όπως η εποχή και η ώρα, οδηγούν στην ανάδειξη της πολυπλοκότητας και της ποικιλίας που το χαρακτηρίζουν. Στοιχεία του χώρου, όπως η μορφή του, τα χρώματα ή η υλικότητα των επιφανειών του, μπορούν να επιτείνουν, ή όχι, την ένταση του φωτός, επηρεάζοντας, εν τέλει, το τελικό αποτέλεσμα που θα βιώσει ο άνθρωπος. Επιπρόσθετα, η διάθεση και τα συναισθήματα ενός ανθρώπου που ζει και δραστηριοποιείται σε ένα συγκεκριμένο χώρο, επηρεάζονται άμεσα από την ποιότητα και την ποσότητα του φυσικού φωτός. Λαμβάνοντας υπ’ όψιν τη σημασία του φωτός, στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζονται και σχολιάζονται κάποια παραδείγματα κτιρίων που χρησιμοποιούν τον επιλεγόμενο τύπο εισροής φυσικού φωτός. Από τα παραδείγματα, δημιουργήθηκε μία τυπολογία των τρόπων που το φως εισχωρεί στο κτίριο από την οροφή και σύμφωνα με την τυπολογία, ορίστηκαν τα αποτελέσματά του στην ατμόσφαιρα των χώρων. Το φυσικό φως τελικά δε χρησιμοποιείται μόνο για τον προφανή λόγο του φωτισμού των χώρων, αλλά και για να δημιουργήσει τη γενικότερη αίσθηση που διέπει ένα χώρο.	el
heal.abstract	In this lecture the case of the natural light, as a tool for understanding our living environment will be examined. More specifically, the natural light- caused by roof chases, will be examined in comparison with the atmosphere it creates, as well as its interaction with the human psyche. It is undeniable, that factors which affect the intensity of natural light, such as season and time, in fact, indicate its complexity and variety. Parts of the wider space: such as its shape, its colors or the materiality of the surfaces, are capable to further strengthen, or weaken, the intensity of light, influencing the final result-as experienced by the human being. Furthermore, the mood and the emotions of a human, living and breathing in a specific environment, are directly connected with the quality and the quantity of the physical light. Bearing in mind the importance and the uses of physical light, some examples of buildings, which use this specific type of inserted light, will be presented-with additional commentary. From the examined examples, we have created a typology of the ways the roof light is inserted and according to the typology, we have extracted the results dealing with the atmosphere of space. In conclusion, the natural light is not only used for the obvious reason of providing light, but it is also used in order to create a unique atmosphere, the very characteristic of a specific place	en
