heal.abstract	Κάθε πόλη αναγκάζεται να αντιμετωπίσει έκτακτα γεγονότα και μέσα από την ενημέρωση και τον ολοκληρωμένο σχεδιασμό προσπαθούν να τις αντιμετωπίσουν πιο αποτελεσματικά. Στην πράξη όμως εμφανίζονται κάποια κρίσιμα ζητήματα όσο αφορά την διαχείριση έκτακτων φαινομένων. Ένα από αυτά είναι η στέγαση από την πρώτη στιγμή, από τα πρώτα εικοσιτετράωρα μετά την εκδήλωση του φαινομένου. Αυτό το ζήτημα προσπαθούμε να προσεγγίσουμε το ζήτημα της στέγασης και συγκεκριμένα μέσα στον αστικό ιστό. Ένα τέτοιο ζήτημα είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό και ειδικά σε μια χώρα όπως η Ελλάδα η οποία κινδυνεύει από ποικίλους παράγοντες. Μέσα από την ανάλυση της αττικής που αποτελεί μια αντιπροσωπευτική περιοχή μελέτης και μέσα από την μελέτη αντίστοιχων κατοικιών για έκτακτης στέγαση διαμορφώνεται η κεντρική ιδέα για μια κατασκευή που να ανταποκρίνεται στις απαιτήσεις που θέτει η πόλη και που να είναι από ελαφριά υλικά, ευέλικτη, μεταβλητή και ενεργειακά αυτόνομη. Με τον προσδιορισμό των υλικών, την εφαρμογή ενός παθητικού συστήματος και με την αντίστοιχη διαμόρφωση ενός ειδικού εξοπλισμού διαμορφώνεται μια κατοικία που έχει λάβει υπόψη της τόσο την διαμόρφωση του εσωτερικού της χώρου αλλά και την εύκολη χωροθέτηση της στα κατάλληλα σημεία του αστικού ιστού, τονίζοντας την προσωρινότητα της και εκφράζοντας την ευαισθησία για την εξασφάλιση ανθρώπινων συνθηκών διαβίωσης	el
heal.abstract	Each city is forced to cope with emergency events, and through information and integrated planning it tries to deal with it more effectively. In practice, however, there some critical issues regarding the management of emergency situations. One of these is housing from the first moment, from the first twenty-four hours after the occurrence of the phenomenon. This issue we are trying to approach, the question of housing, and specifically within the urban fabric. Such an issue is particularly important, especially in a country like Greece that is at risk from a variety of factors. Through the analysis of Attica, which is a representative area of study, and through the study of corresponding houses for emergency housing, the central idea for a construction that meets the requirements of the city is made up of light materials, flexible, variable and energy-independent. With the identification of materials, the application of the passive system and the corresponding configuration of the special equipment, a home is formed that has taken into account both the interior design of the space and its easy placement at the appropriate points of the urban fabric, And expressing its sensitivity to ensuring human living conditions.	en
