heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αφορά στη δημιουργία της πρώτης σχολής ελαιοκομίας στην Ελλάδα. Η ελιά και το λάδι έχουν υψηλά ποσοστά παραγωγής στη χώρα μας αλλά πολύ χαμηλά ποσοστά εξαγωγών σε σχέση με τις ανταγωνίστριες χώρες. H έλλειψη γνώσης στον τομέα της ελαιοκομίας και της ελαιουργίας συμβάλλει στη διατήρηση αυτής της κατάστασης. Για τον λόγο αυτό προτείνεται η ίδρυση μιας νέας σχολής στα Μέγαρα Αττικής, περιοχή με παράδοση στην ελιά και το λάδι, η οποία επενδύοντας στην αποκέντρωση, στοχεύει στην εκπαίδευση τόσο των φοιτητών λειτουργώντας το τμήμα του Μεταπτυχιακού του γεωπονικού πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, όσο και αγροτών των γύρω περιοχών μέσα από επιμορφωτικά σεμινάρια. Η σχολή αυτή είναι ένα δίπολο κτιστού και άκτιστου. Η σχολή δε θα μπορούσε να υφίσταται χωρίς τον ελαιώνα. Αναπτύσσεται γύρω από ένα κεντρικό αίθριο και περιλαμβάνει αμφιθέατρα, αίθουσες διδασκαλίας, μία βιβλιοθήκη καθώς και δύο μεγάλες μονάδες εργαστηρίων που είναι ειδικά εξοπλισμένα στα οποία γίνονται και πιστοποιήσεις σε ελαιόλαδα με σκοπό την πώληση, την προώθηση και την εξαγωγή. Ένα τμήμα της σχολής απευθύνεται στο κοινό με μία έκθεση ελιάς και λαδιού και τέλος το συγκρότημα συμπληρώνει η μονάδα παραγωγής ελαιολάδου μαζί με ένα μικρό τυποποιητήριο και ένα σαπωνοποιείο.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma thesis concerns the establishment of the first olive-growing school in Greece. Olives and olive oil have high production rates in our country but very low export rates compared to the competing countries. Lack of knowledge in the field of olive oil and oil production contributes to maintain this situation. For this reason, it is proposed to establish a new faculty in Megara, Attica, an area with tradition of olive and olive oil production, aiming at decentralization. This faculty will educate, both students of the Department of the Postgraduate School of the Agricultural University of Athens and farmers through training seminars. This faculty is a compilation of constructed and unconstructed area and it could not exist without the olive grove. It develops around a central atrium and includes amphitheaters, classrooms, a library and two large laboratory units that are specially equipped for olive oil certification for sales and exports. A section of the faculty is applied to the public with an exhibition of olive and olive oil. Finally the complex is complemented by an olive oil production unit along with a small bottling - standardizing unit and a soap factory.	en
