heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία πραγματεύεται τη μελέτη και τον σχεδιασμό μιας νέας Σχολής Αμπελουργίας και Οινοποιίας στην Εύβοια. Σκοπός της είναι να απαντήσει σε σύγχρονα ζητήματα της εποχής μας και βασικός προβληματισμός της αποτελεί η οικονομική κρίση και η ανεργία των νέων καθώς και η συνεχώς αυξανόμενη τάση για τη στροφή των νέων προς τον πρωτογενή τομέα παραγωγής. Η επιτόπια έρευνα επικεντρώθηκε στην περιοχή της Εύβοιας, όπου και διαπιστώθηκε η σημασία του πρωτογενούς τομέα παραγωγής στην οικονομία του νησιού, ο οποίος αποτελεί κατ’ επέκταση βάση για τον δευτερογενή (μονάδες μεταποίησης γεωργικών προϊόντων) και τον τριτογενή τομέα παραγωγής (αγροτουρισμός, οινοτουρισμός) Αποφασίστηκε, λοιπόν, η ενίσχυση αυτού μέσω της εκπαίδευσης και της κατάρτισης. Επιλέχθηκε η κεντρική Εύβοια και συγκεκριμένα η ευρύτερη περιοχή της Χαλκίδας για την τοποθέτηση της πρότασης, λόγω της κεντρικής θέση της και της ύπαρξης του μοναδικού κέντρου κατάρτισης νέων αγροτών «ΕΛΓΟ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ» στην περιοχή. Η πρόταση περιλαμβάνει μια μονάδα οινοποίησης για την μαθητεία σε πραγματικό χώρο παραγωγής, αίθουσες θεωρητικής και πρακτικής διδασκαλίας, εστία για τη στέγαση ανήλικων σπουδαστών από μακρινές περιοχές και ιδιόκτητο αμπελώνα για την επιτόπια διδασκαλία της αμπελουργίας. Συμπληρωματικά προτείνονται ένα αμφιθέατρο για την φιλοξενία συνεδρίων και γιορτών με θέμα την τέχνη του οίνου και πωλητήριο των προϊόντων που παράγει η Σχολή. Τέλος δίνεται η δυνατότητα στη μονάδα παραγωγής να λειτουργεί και ξεχωριστά από την Σχολή και να καλύπτει ένα μέρος των εξόδων της. Η σύνθεση εξελίσσεται γύρω από ένα Κέντρο- πυρήνα που προάγει τον υπαίθριο βίο, την κοινωνική όσμωση και τη ζωτική σχέση με τη φύση. Αποτελεί χώρο υπαίθριων δραστηριοτήτων και εκδηλώσεων για τον οίνο και κεντρική αυλή και χώρο εκτόνωσης των εσωτερικών λειτουργιών της Σχολής.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma thesis deals with the design of a new School of Viticulture and Winery in Euboea. The thesis intends to respond to contemporary issues and needs of our time and the key concern has been the economic crisis and youth unemployment as long as the current increasing trend towards primary production sector. The on-site research was focused on the region of Euboea, where nowadays primary sector is playing a crucial role for the island’s economy, constituting the base for secondary sector (processing plants for agricultural products) and tertiary sector (agro-tourism, wine-tourism). As a result, the proposal includes the enhancement of primary sector through education. The proposal is located in central Euboea, specifically in the region of Chalkida, due to its central position and the existence of the one and only educational center for young farmers of Euboea, which is also located in this area. The proposal consists of a winery for the education of the students in real terms, classrooms for theoretical and practical lessons, students’ accommodation for those who come from far away and a private vineyard for the lessons of viticulture on site. As supplementary function of the school an amphitheatre is suggested to host seminars and happenings supporting the art of wine. For the same reason there has been designed a showroom and market with products created during the function of the School. The project is developed around a Hub which activates the and social life of the student community and brings them closer to nature. It hosts outdoor activities and events referring to the wine and has the role of the central courtyard and expansion of the ordinary indoor function of the School.	en
