heal.abstract	Σκοπός της πλατφόρμας με τίτλο «Μονοπάτια Νευρολογικών Διαταραχών» είναι να αποτελέσει έναν ιστότοπο για χρήση από κάθε ενδιαφερόμενο είτε πρόκειται για ιατρό είτε για ασθενή είτε για δημόσιο φορέα σχετιζόμενο με την υγεία και το κόστος επαρκούς και απαραίτητης ιατρικής περίθαλψης. Θεωρώντας ως αξίωμα ότι υπάρχει σύνδεση, ανάμεσα σε ασθένειες, συμπτώματα, ιατρικές εξετάσεις, χρησιμοποιεί αυτή τη σύνδεση ως εργαλείο στην υπηρεσία των επισκεπτών του. Φιλοδοξεί να είναι ένας διαδραστικός ιστότοπος και όχι ένα απλό γραμμικό site το οποίο παρέχει πληροφορίες. Η αλματώδης ανάπτυξη των απεικονιστικών τεχνικών έχει οδηγήσει σε έναν υπέρμετρο αριθμό εξετάσεων για τη διερεύνηση των διαφόρων νευρολογικών παθήσεων. Η ανάπτυξη της συγκεκριμένης πλατφόρμας κρίνεται ως απαραίτητο εργαλείο για την τήρηση των κατευθυντήριων οδηγιών των Πρωτοκόλλων από τους Νευρολόγους ιατρούς. Επιπρόσθετα έχει γίνει προσπάθεια μίας πιο άμεσης και ταχείας επιλογής των ενδεδειγμένων εξετάσεων μέσω της δημιουργίας απολύτως αυτοματοποιημένων αλγορίθμων οι οποίοι έχουν ως εισόδους νευρολογικά συμπτώματα και ως εξόδους διαγνωστικές εξετάσεις. Η πλατφόρμα μας επιχειρεί να συνεισφέρει στην αέναη προσπάθεια για την καλυτέρευση της απεικονιστικής διερεύνησης και διάγνωσης των ασθενών, διευκολύνοντας Ιατρούς και Οργανισμούς παροχής Ιατρικής περίθαλψης. Επιπλέον απευθύνεται στους φορείς της Πολιτείας που είναι επιτετραμμένοι με τον έλεγχο της συνταγογράφησης, και του κόστους, όλων των ιατρικών πράξεων που γίνονται στα δημόσια και ιδιωτικά νοσηλευτικά ιδρύματα. Η αξιοποίηση των δυνατοτήτων της πλατφόρμας έχει ως σκοπό τη βέλτιστη επιλογή των καταλληλότερων εξετάσεων, την οργάνωση και ζήτησή τους κατά σειρά επείγουσας αξίας, την αποφυγή ατελέσφορης επαναλήψεως της ίδιας ή παρόμοιων εξετάσεων που δεν πρόκειται να αλλάξουν τη διάγνωση ή οφείλονται σε λανθασμένη προσέγγιση του συγκεκριμένου κλινικού προβλήματος, τη μείωση της ιονίζουσας ακτινοβολίας και την εξοικονόμηση χρόνου και χρήματος. Η δομή και η συνεισφορά της διπλωματικής εργασίας συνοψίζονται ως ακολούθως: Σε πρώτο στάδιο είναι η δημιουργία της πλατφόρμας «Μονοπάτια Νευρολογικών Διαταραχών» στη συνέχεια γίνεται η υλοποίηση τεσσάρων αλγορίθμων των τεσσάρων βασικών νευρολογικών συμπτωμάτων που είναι : 1} η Απώλεια Μνήμης, 2} οι Κράμπες στους Μύες, 3} το Μούδιασμα και 4} η Αδυναμία . Στο Τέλος παρέχονται προτάσεις για μία καλύτερη υγειονομική περίθαλψη στηριγμένη στην υιοθέτηση και εφαρμογή ιατρικών πρωτοκόλλων.	el
heal.abstract	The aim of the platform “ Paths of Neurological Disorders” is to form a useful online site for every health professional who might be inte rested. Based on the validity of the notion of connection between illnesses, symptoms, medical tests etc., the platform creates a tool and makes it available to its visitors. It aspires to become an interactive and not just a linear website which just stor es information. The rapid growth of neurology and the various imaging techniques during the last few decades have led to a number of tests that are used to investigate and determine the various ailments. Τ he development of that platform is considered to be a necessary tool that will contribute to the compliance with the va rious directional instructions “protocols” from all clinical staff. A further attempt was carried out, which aimed to the creation of a more direct and fast determination process for the recommended testing method. Using the contents of Medical Protocols as a guide, a series of completely automated algorithms was created. Algorithms that would accept neurological symptoms as an input and produce diagnostic exams suggestions as output. The platform attempts to assist to the rising need for better imaging tests and diagnosis of the patients, enabling neurologists and clinical doctors alike. Furthermore, it is meant to assist the Governm ent bodies that are tasked with the control of the use and subsequently the cost of all imaging techniques that are available in the public and private medical institutions of our country. The aim of its use is to ensure the optimum choice of testing method, and avoid the repetition of the same or relevant techniques, that too won’t have any effect on the result of the diagnosis and subsequently the treatment of the patients or that come as a result of a faulty approach of that specific clinical problem, to better arrange each testing method according to the demand, and reduce the patient exposure to ionized radiation and finally to help patients save time and money. The contribution of this dissertation is summed up as follows: Firstly, the creation of the platform “ Paths of Neurological Disorders ”. Following that is the implementation of the four algorithms of the four main neurological symptoms (Memory Loss, Muscle Cramps, Numbing and Weakness) which utilize the content of the platform and have as outputs the suggested diagnostic tests, based on the ways in which the aforementioned symptoms are manifested and the results that arose from the neurological examination process and the patient’s medical history. Finally, there is a series of suggestions for a better healthcare, based on the adaptation and the implementation of medical protocols.	en
