heal.abstract	Στόχος της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι πρωτίστως να διερευνηθεί το χωρικό και οικονομικό αποτύπωμα των παρεμβάσεων των Ευρωπαϊκών Πολιτικών Ανάπτυξης στην Περιφέρεια Αττικής. Να αναδειχθούν οι περιοχές του λεκανοπεδίου, οι οποίες σύμφωνα με τα δεδομένα των προσκλήσεων χαρακτηρίστηκαν επιλέξιμες για την ένταξη έργων αναπλάσεων μέσα από την αναλυτική εξέταση της χωροθέτησης, του είδους και του μεγέθους (οικονομικού και χωρικού) των ενταγμένων έργων του Άξονα Προτεραιότητας 04: Αναζωογόνηση (Regeneration) Αστικών Περιοχών, του Περιφερειακού Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος (ΠΕΠ) Αττικής 2007 – 2013. Να αναδειχθούν, επίσης, και να περιγραφούν οι πιθανές πολιτικές ανάπτυξης που προωθούνται μέσα από τα συγκεκριμένα έργα ανάπλασης.	el
heal.abstract	Since the mid-20th century, the Attica basin, the urban conglomeration of the Cities of Athens, Piraeus and suburban towns, has undergone multiple changes, affecting both its physiognomy as well as the lives of its inhabitants. In its struggle for modernization, Greece abandoned old structures and transitioned into new models of organization of space and production throughout diverse institutional processes dictated by the needs of the markets and not by the needs of its inhabitants. The events that contributed to that transitioning were largely the product of the internationalization and of the selective "opening" of the Greek market to a global, directed network where the base production had to be compatible with the requirements of the international capital. The global economic crisis of 2008, with its peak for our country being the signing of the Memorandum of Economic and Financial Policies (MEFP) in April 2010, found the implementation of the National Strategic Reference Plan (NSRF) 2007-2013 in its first stage. Since the beginning of the Greek crisis, the implementation of neo-liberal policies in the landscape planning through institutional restructuring of spatial planning is an undeniable fact, underlying the growing international interest for land and land resources. The goal of the present thesis is to investigate the spatial and economic footprint of the European Development Policies in the Attica region. To present the areas of the Attica basin which according to the calls were eligible for projects of restructuring following a methodology of cross-examination of the localization, the type and the size (economic and spatial) of the projects of Priority Axis 04: Regeneration of Urban Areas of the Regional Operational Program (ROP) of Attica 2007 - 2013. Finally, to investigate and describe the development policies promoted through those specific projects of restructuring.	en
