heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική αυτή η εργασία αποτελεί τμήμα της στατικής μελέτης εφαρμογής του έργου «Μελέτη αποκατάστασης και επανάχρησης του κτιρίου της Μπενάκειου Βιβλιοθήκης», ιδιοκτησία της Βουλής των Ελλήνων και αναφέρεται στην μορφή του δομικού συστήματος, στην κατάσταση στην οποία βρίσκονται, στους ελέγχους επάρκειας, πριν και μετά τις προτεινόμενες ενισχύσεις, στην περιγραφή των προτεινόμενων τροποποιήσεων και στις προτεινόμενες επεμβάσεις αποκατάστασης και ενίσχυσης των επιμέρους στοιχείων, των τμημάτων όσο και ολόκληρου του δομήματος.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma thesis is part of the static study of the implementation of the project "Study of Rehabilitation and Reuse of the Benaki Library Building", owned by the Hellenic Parliament and refers to the form of the building system, in the state they are in, the proficiency checks before and after the proposed aid, the description of the proposed modifications and the proposed rehabilitation and reinforcement operations of the individual elements, the parts and the entire structure. The Parliament's library is in national level, a building of great cultural and historical value, and in this context, there is a requirement of the Agency for harmonization with the current regulations requiring high resistance to seismic stress and efficient metlastastic behavior. As a result, interventions beyond the commonly accepted, rehabilitated monuments, of mildly reversible interventions are required; however, the proposed extensive but mild interventions are within the accepted international practices approved by the relevant departments of the Parliament, the Ministry of Culture and the Central Council of Modern Monuments. In particular, the proposal - desire to maintain the highest proportion of coatings - has led to additional research into the persistence and structural integrity of coatings, so that according to the final proposal of the study a significant part of them, and especially the most structural components, can be maintained.	en
