heal.abstract	Στην εργασία αυτή θα ασχοληθούμε με την κινητικότητα ατόμων από κράτη μέλη της ΕΕ και εντός της Ευρώπης, προσπαθώντας να εντοπίσουμε τον τρόπο με τον οποίο μετακινούνται, το πώς συνδέονται με την πολιτική και τις συνέπειες που επιφέρουν στις πόλεις. Αρχικά εντοπίζουμε τα θεσμικά πλαίσια μέσα στα οποία πραγματοποιείται η κινητικότητα, προκειμένου να εξετάσουμε κατά πόσο αποτελεί προσωπική επιλογή ή εξαναγκασμένη κίνηση. Σε αυτή την ενότητα εντάσσονται οι διαρθρωτικοί παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν την κινητικότητα και σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις την δημιουργούν. Στη συνέχεια, σκιαγραφούμε τα υποκείμενα μέσω των κινήτρων τους, διαχωρίζοντάς τους από την μετανάστευση και τον τουρισμό, ενώ σύμφωνα με τα χαρακτηριστικά που τους αποδίδουμε, υιοθετούμε τον όρο Eurostars του Andrian Favell (2008). Επιπλέον, αναζητούμε την βασική γεωγραφία της κίνησής τους και τις προτιμήσεις τους με βάσει τα κριτήρια επιλογής τους. Τέλος, εντοπίζουμε την ομάδα μας στο παράδειγμα της Βαρκελώνης. Χρησιμοποιώντας εργαλεία των προηγούμενων ενοτήτων, μελετάμε τους θεσμικούς παράγοντες που προωθούν την εισερχόμενη κινητικότητα της ομάδας στην πόλη, τα κριτήρια επιλογής της ως τόπο προορισμού και την χωρική της κατανομή. Τέλος, καταλήγουμε σε μία κριτική σχετικά με τα αστικά φαινόμενα με τα οποία συνδέεται, όπως τον εξευγενισμό, την τουριστικοποίηση και την φοιτητικοποίση.	el
heal.abstract	In the current thesis we will deal with the mobility of individuals from EU Member States and within Europe, trying to identify the way they are moving, how they are connected with the policy and the consequences of their mobility for the European cities. Initially, we identify the institutional frameworks in which mobility takes place in order to examine whether it is a personal choice or a forced move. This chapter incorporates the structural factors that affect mobility and, in some cases, they create it. Then, we define the mobile subjects through their incentives, separating them from immigration and tourism, and according to the characteristics we attribute to them, we adopt the term Eurostars by Andrian Favell (2008). In addition, we investigate the basic geography of their movement and their preferences based on their selection criteria. Finally, we identify our group in the example of Barcelona. Using tools of the previous chapters, we study the institutional factors that promote the group's incoming mobility in the city, the criteria of their choice as a destination and their spatial distribution. Finally, we come to a critique of the urban phenomena connected to their mobility, such as gentrification, touristification and studentification.	en
