heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία με τίτλο «Μελέτη Τριώροφου Κτιρίου και Προσθήκης Τεσσάρων Ορόφων Για Χρήση Γραφείων» εκπονήθηκε στα πλαίσια της ολοκλήρωσης του προπτυχιακού κύκλου σπουδών της σχολής Πολιτικών Μηχανικών του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου. Αντικείμενο μελέτης της εργασίας αποτελεί η μελέτη προσθήκης ορόφων με σύμμικτη λειτουργία και η ενίσχυση του υφιστάμενου κτιρίου. Tο κτίριο που μελετήθηκε βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Aθήνας και κατασκευάστηκε σύμφωνα με τον ΕΚΩΣ/ΕΑΚ 2000.Πρόκειται για τριώροφο κτίριο με φέροντα οργανισμό από ωπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα . Στο κτίριο αυτό υπήρξε η ανάγκη επέκτασης του ώστε να μπορέσει να χρησιμοποιηθεί για γραφεία. Έτσι απαιτήθηκε η μελέτη προσθήκης 4 ορόφων αλλά και η ανάγκη για ενίσχυση της υπάρχουσας κατασκευής. Η πορεία που ακολουθήθηκε για την εξακρίβωση της παραπάνω υπόθεσης αναπτύχθηκε σε τέσσερα επιμέρους στάδια. Αρχικά γίνεται ανάλυση της υπάρχουσας κατασκευής σε κατάλληλο προσομοίωμα, για την αναγνώριση του στατικού συστήματος, και αποτύπωση των υπαρχόντων οπλισμών των φερόντων στοιχείων. Στη συνέχεια έγινε η μελέτη για την προσθήκη των ορόφων. Έπειτα έγινε η αποτίμηση του υφιστάμενου κτιρίου μαζί με την προσθήκη με τη μέθοδο ανελαστικής στατικής ανάλυσης Pushover. Εντοπίζονται οι στατικές απαιτήσεις της προκύπτουσας κατασκευής και τα σημεία που χρήζουν ενίσχυσης. Ενισχύεται η κατασκευή όπου απαιτείται, με χρήση παραδοσιακών και νέων μεθόδων και γίνονται οι έλεγχοι με τα κριτήρια που επιβάλλουν ο ΚΑΝ.ΕΠΕ και ο Eυρωκώδικας (EC). Τέλος ξανακάνουμε ανελαστική στατική ανάλυση ώστε να διαπιστωθεί ότι το ενισχυμένο πλέον κτίριο καλύπτει τα κριτήρια της στάθμης επιτελεστικότητας που διαλέξαμε. Οι αναλύσεις πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε κατάλληλα χωρικά προσομοιώματα του κτιρίου στο στατικό πρόγραμμα Fespa. Συνολικά, τα αποτελέσματα οδηγούν στο συμπέρασμα ότι η ενίσχυση κρίνεται αναγκαία ώστε το υπάρχον οικοδόμημα να παραλάβει την πρόσθετη ένταση. Οι επεμβάσεις ενίσχυσης πραγματοποιούνται με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να μην επηρεάζονται η όψη του κτιρίου και οι εσωτερικοί χώροι του σε μεγάλο βαθμό και παράλληλα, όσον αφορά το κατασκευαστικό κομμάτι, όπως ορίζουν οι διατάξεις των κανονισμών.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma thesis entitled "Design and reinforcement of a three - storey building and expansion of four floors for office use" was implemented in the framework of the completion of the undergr aduate course of Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens. The subject of study of the work is the design and expansion of four floors and the reinforcement of the existing building The building that was studied is located in the ar ea of Athens and was constructed according to the Reinforced Concrete Regulation of 2000 and the regulation against Earthquakes of 2000 . It is a three - storey building with a reinforced concrete structure. In this building there was the need to expand it so as it could be used for offices. This required the addition of 4 floors. For this reason there is the need to design the four floors addition and to strengthen the existing construction. The course followed to identify the above case was developed in f our separate stages. Initially we analyze the existing structure in a suitable model, to identify the static system and to registrate the reinforcement of the existing structural bearing elements. The design study was then done for the addition of the four floors. Then the existing building was evaluated along with the Pushover static analysis. The static requirements of the re sulting structure and the elements requiring reinforcement are identified. The construction is reinforced where is necessary, using the methods of Greek Regulation of Interventions , and checks are carried out unde r the criteria imposed by Greek Regulation of Interventions and the Eurocode (EC). Finally, we repeat an nonlinear inelastic static analysis to see that the now - reinforced bu ilding meets the performance criteria we chose. All analys es were performed in suitable structural simulations of the building in the static Fespa program. In total, the results lead to the conclusion that reinforcement is necessary. The reinforcement inte rventions are implemented in a way that there is not important influence on the external view and the internal spaces of the building and, in parallel, as far as the constructional part is concerned, according to the provisions of the regulations	en
