heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο αυτής της διπλωματικής εργασίας, αποτελεί η μελέτη των δομών μεταφοράς στην περιοχή της ραφήνας καθώς και της ευρύτερης περιοχής της ανατολικής αττικής και των μεσογείων. Στην εργασία αυτή θεωρείται δεδομένη η λειτουργία και η ανάπτυξη του λιμένα της ραφήνας, ως σημαντικού συγκοινωνιακού κόμβου της αττικής και γίνεται μία πρόταση για τη βελτίωση της κάλυψης των αναγκών μεταφοράς και μετακίνησης για τους κατοίκους της πόλης, τους επισκέπτες και τους ταξιδιώτες. Γίνεται μία προσπάθεια ανάλυσης και διερεύνησης των διαφορετικών παραμέτρων ξεκινώντας από τον προαστιακό σιδηρόδρομο, τις υπάρχουσες δομές μεταφοράς στα μεσόγεια και καταλήγοντας στην περιοχή της ραφήνας και του λιμένα. Προτείνεται μία θέση για το σταθμό του προαστιακού σιδηροδρόμου, σε συνδυασμό με τη χάραξη της γραμμής, καθώς και μία προσπάθεια διαμόρφωσης του παραλιακού μετώπου και διαχείρισης των κινήσεων. Το κτίριο του σταθμού με το στέγαστρο, αντιμετωπίζεται ως ένα τοπόσημο για την περιοχή με στόχο να είναι αναγνωρίσιμο και να τραβάει το βλέμα του επισκέπτη – ταξιδιώτη από το πλοίο, αλλά και από διάφορα σημεία θέασης από την πόλη και την παραλία.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of this thesis project is the study of transport structures in the area of Rafina and the wider region of Eastern Attica and mesogeia. In this project the operation and development of the port of Rafina, as an important seaside transport hub of Attica, is taken for granted. A proposal is made in order to improve the coverage of transport needs and travel for the city’s residents, visitors and travelers. I am making an effort of analysis and investigation of the different parameters, starting from the suburban railway, the existing transport structures in mesogeia and ending in the area of Rafina and the port. A proposal is being made for a place for the suburban railway station, coupled with the development of the line, and an effort to develop the beachfront and management of movements. The station building with its’ roof cover, is seen as a landmark for the region in order to be recognizable and draw the gaze of the visitor - traveler from the ship, but also from various points of view across the town and beach.	en
