heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία αναφέρεται στην πρόταση ενός μουσείου της πόλης των Μεγάρων. Η ιστορία των Μεγάρων από την αρχαιότητα ως τα νεότερα χρόνια αποτυπώνεται σε πλήθος μνημείων και ευρημάτων. Ωστόσο, στη σύγχρονη δομή της πόλης η ιστορία ‘’θάβεται’’ λόγω των ελλιπών υποδομών ανάδειξης των ιστορικών μνημείων και της ανεπαρκούς προβολής του αρχαιολογικού και ιστορικού υλικού. Οι αρχαιολογικοί θησαυροί που έχουν παραμείνει στην πόλη εκτίθενται και φυλάσσονται προσωρινά στο Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Μεγάρων, το οποίο όμως υστερεί ως προς τις απαραίτητες συνθήκες και την επάρκεια χώρων έκθεσης, συντήρησης και αποθήκευσης των ευρημάτων, ενώ παράλληλα προβάλλει μόνο την αρχαία περίοδο της πόλης. Η πρόταση για το Μουσείο της πόλης των Μεγάρων στοχεύει σε ένα κατάλληλα σχεδιασμένο μουσειακό χώρο που περιλαμβάνει μια συνολική διήγηση της ιστορίας της πόλης και παράλληλα συνδυάζει χρήσεις αναψυχής, εκπαίδευσης, εστίασης, κ.α. Τοποθετημένο σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο από τους κατοίκους και τους επισκέπτες, δημιουργώντας ένα τοπόσημο για την πόλη και την ιστορία της.	el
heal.abstract	The diploma thesis refers to the proposal of a museum of the city of Megara. The history of Megara since antiquity to the later years is reflected in a number of monuments and archaeological finds. However in the modern city, the history is "buried" due to the lack of infrastructure of the highlighting of the historical monuments and the archaeological and historical material. The archaeological finds that have remained in the city are displayed and kept temporarily at the Archaeological Museum of Megara, which doesn’t have the necessary conditions and adequate space for exhibiting, conserving and storing the finds and also shows only the ancient period of the city. The proposal for the Museum of the City of Megara aims at an appropriately designed museum space that includes a complete narration of the city's history and at the same time combines recreational, educational, dining and other functions. Set in a central location, the museum is easily accessible by residents and visitors, creating a landmark for the city and its history.	en
