heal.abstract | The current dissertation’s objective is the analysis study of the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001 in a company operating in the human resources consulting business sector. The dissertation constitutes a case study. Initially a literature review is accomplished, including a historical reference to the term of “quality” and all the research approaches relevant to “quality” as monitored throughout time. Consequently, the new version of ISO 9001:2015 is presented along with its main differences comparatively to the previews one. Subsequently, the study focuses at the company’s Quality Manual which encapsulates the necessary supplementations (additions) required in order to comply with the 2015 edition, and explicitly describes the application of the Quality Management System by the company. The study comes to the conclusion that the implementation of the ISO company Quality Management System provides many benefits to the company. The most important benefits are the enhancement of the company’s reputation and perception, the increased integrity regarding the customers and its position in the market. Finally, the general improvement of the company in terms of productivity and better management. | en |
