heal.abstract	Η μελέτη αφορά την περιοχή που βρίσκεται Νότια του Πάρκου Περιβαλλοντικής Ευαισθητοποίησης «Αντώνης Τρίτσης» στους Αγίους Αναργύρους Αττικής, έκτασης 140 στρεμμάτων. Στον χώρο φιλοξενούνται οι ανενεργές εγκαταστάσεις του ΟΣΕ (Αμαξοστάσιο και Παλαιός Σταθμός Πελοποννήσου), τα απορριμματοφόρα του Δήμου, το Πάρκο Ανακύκλωσης και κτήρια που εξυπηρετούν διοικητικές λειτουργίες. Η μητροπολιτική σημασία του υφιστάμενου πάρκου, συναρτήσει της στρατηγικής θέσης του οικοπέδου αποτελούν το εφαλτήριο για την αστική και τοπιακή παρέμβαση που προτείνεται. Αρχικά υλοποιήθηκε χωροταξική και πολεοδομική μελέτη, από την οποία προέκυψε ότι το μεγαλύτερο τμήμα της έκτασης παραμένει ανεκμετάλλευτο κοινωνικά και χρηστικά, προκαλώντας χωρική ασυνέχεια. Η πρόταση αφορά τη σύνθεση μίας νέας αστικής γεωμετρίας που αποσκοπεί στην ανάδειξη της δυναμικής που διαθέτει η περιοχή σχετικά με την ομαλή μετάβαση από το κέντρο της πόλης στο Πάρκο. Ακόμη, σχηματίζονται διαδρομές και σημεία στάσης, που ενοποιούν τους υφιστάμενους δημόσιους υπαίθριους χώρους και τους εντάσσουν σε ένα ευρύτερο δίκτυο πρασίνου. Επιπρόσθετα, κύριοι άξονες της πρότασης αποτελούν η ανάδειξή των στοιχείων ταυτότητας του τόπου όπου εντάσσεται, η ανάπτυξη των κοινωνικών συναναστροφών και η ευαισθητοποίηση του χρήστη ως προς το περιβάλλον και την κοινωνία. Οι χρήσεις που οργανώνονται τόσο σε πρόσθετες όσο και σε υπάρχουσες κτηριακές δομές, καθώς και σε υπαίθριες διαμορφώσεις είναι εκπαιδευτικού, περιβαλλοντικού και πολιτιστικού χαρακτήρα. Η σχεδιαστική πρόκληση, που επιχειρεί να διαχειριστεί η πολεοδομική και τοπιακή παρέμβαση που προτείνεται, έγκειται στο μετασχηματισμό του μητροπολιτικού πάρκου από αυτόνομη νησίδα πρασίνου σε ζωτικό στοιχείο της κοινωνικής φύσης της πόλης. Στον άξονα αυτό, επιδιώκεται η βιωματική διάσταση και η βιωσιμότητα των δημόσιων χώρων, που προϋποθέτουν τη φυσική και νοηματική σύνδεση του χώρου πρασίνου με τον αστικό ιστό.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma project concerns the area of 35 acres, located on the south side of the Environmental Awareness Park "Antonis Tritsis", at Agioi Anargyroi city, in Athens. This area comprises the inactive infrastrustures of OSE (Depot and Old Station of Peloponnese), the Municipal Refuse Service, the Recycling Park and Civil Services. The strategic location of the site and the environmental contribution of the existing park determined the guiding principles for the landscape intervention. Initially, the regional and urban study, which was carried out, corroborated that most of the area remains untapped, provoking an urban vacuum. The masterplan forms a new urban geometric structure, enhancing the smooth transition from the city center to the Park. Pedestrian routes, seating places and outdoor configurations are also designed, in correlation to the existing public spaces, creating a wider green areas network. In addition, the main purposes of the design project are the strengthening of the local cultural identity, the encouraging of social gatherings and the visitor’s environmental and social awareness. As a result, the proposed functions are educational, environmental and cultural. In order to install them, some of the existing buildings are used and new structures are added. The project attempts to transform the study area from an independent green spot into a vital element of the social life. On this axis, the main issue of the project is the experiential aspect and the sustainability of public spaces, which require the sequence of the green space and the urban environment.	en
