heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία αφορά στον σχεδιασμό ενός Καλλιτεχνικού Σχολείου στην πόλη της Καλαμάτας. Η επιλογή του θέματος έγινε βάση της ανάλυσης, από την οποία καταδείχθηκε η ανάγκη ανέγερσης κτιρίων εκπαίδευσης στην πόλη και ο σημαντικός ρόλος του τομέα των τεχνών σε αυτή σήμερα και στο παρελθόν. Ο σκοπός των Καλλιτεχνικών Σχολείων αφορά, εν γένει, στην ενθάρρυνση των μαθητών για τις τέχνες και την επαγγελματική τους προετοιμασία. Περιλαμβάνονται τρεις κατευθύνσεις: χορού, θεάτρου-κινηματογράφου και εικαστικών τεχνών. Η θέση του οικοπέδου βρίσκεται σε εγγύτητα ως προς κύριες υποδομές εκπαίδευσης και τεχνών και περιοχή με χαρακτηριστικά αγροτικού περιβάλλοντος. Η επίλυση του κτιρίου ξεκινά από την ένταξη αυτού στην ευρύτερη περιοχή, με στόχο την άρθρωση ως προς τη λειτουργία (καλλιτεχνική, εκπαιδευτική) και χαρακτηριστικά του περιβάλλοντος χώρου του οικοπέδου (αστικός ιστός, αστικό πράσινο, καλλιέργειες, νερό, λίθος). Διακρίνονται, λειτουργικά, τέσσερις επιμέρους ενότητες: αίθουσες διδασκαλίας, κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, βοηθητικοί χώροι και προαύλια-ελεύθεροι χώροι. Οι κύριες συνθετικές αποφάσεις αφορούν στην οργάνωση των αιθουσών διδασκαλίας σε τρεις ενότητες επιμήκους σχήματος, των κοινόχρηστων χώρων ενδιάμεσα αυτών, των βοηθητικών χώρων και των κατακόρυφων κινήσεων στις αρθρώσεις των πιο πάνω και δύο προαυλίων-αιθρίων διαφορετικών δραστηριοτήτων, με διατήρηση μέρους του υφιστάμενου ελαιώνα στη φυσική στάθμη του εδάφους, για την αξιοποίηση αυτού στα μαθήματα Καλλιτεχνικής Παιδείας.	el
heal.abstract	The thesis project concerns the design of an Art School in the city of Kalamata. The selection of the theme was done based on the analysis, from which has been demonstrated the need for educational buildings and the important role of the Arts in the city currently and in the past. Art Schools, generally, aim at encouraging students for the Arts and preparing them professionally. Three directions are included: dance, drama-film and visual arts. The site is in proximity as to main educational and arts infrastructures and site with characteristics of rural environment. The solution of the building begins from the accession in the wider area, aiming at the joint as to function (arts, education) and characteristics of the surrounding area (urban fabric, urban green, cultivations, water and stone). Functionally, four main units are distinguished: teaching rooms, public spaces, auxiliary spaces and courtyards. The main compositional decisions concern the organization of teaching rooms in three units with elongated shape, public spaces between them, auxiliary spaces and vertical movements at the joints of the above and two courtyards-patios with different functions, through preserving a part of the existing olive grove at the natural level of the ground for Art Education lessons.	en
