heal.abstract	Με τον θεματικό τουρισμό, οι άνθρωποι αναζητούν ένα διαφορετικό τρόπο αναψυχής, ο οποίος συνδέεται με την διατήρηση της τοπικής κουλτούρας, την προστασία του φυσικού και ανθρωπογενούς περιβάλλοντος αλλά και με την αποφυγή της χρήσης υπηρεσιών μαζικού τουρισμού. O πολιτιστικός τουρισμός συγκεκριμένα αποτελεί μία από τις ταχύτερα και πιο δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενες αγορές σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο. Το θέμα που πραγματεύεται αυτή η διπλωματική είναι η ανάπτυξη των μορφών του θεματικού τουρισμού στα νησιά των Κυκλάδων, καθώς δημιουργούν εξαιρετικά πρόσφορες συνθήκες για την ανάπτυξη του. Συγκεκριμένα προτείνεται η δημιουργία ενός συγκροτήματος θεματικού τουρισμού στο νησί της Σιφνου που αποτελεί την αφετηρία μιας περιήγησης σε όλα τα νησιά των Κυκλάδων. Μέσα σε αυτό, ο επισκέπτης - ταξιδιώτης, έχει την ευκαιρία να ενημερωθεί για την ιστορία και τον πολιτισμό των Κυκλάδων, να συμμετάσχει σε εργαστήρια αγγειοπλαστικής, ζωγραφικής και γαστρονομίας - τέχνες για τις οποίες φημίζεται το νησί- καθώς και να παραμείνει σε κατοικίες ικανές να φιλοξενήσουν από δύο εώς τέσσερα άτομα.	el
heal.abstract	Thematic tourism is part of the specific forms of tourism characterized by the existence of a special incentive and the development of a corresponding special infrastructure (demand - supply). It contrasts with the pattern of mass tourism that has prevailed so far and has offered sun and sea as the main product. The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of forms of thematic tourism on the islands of the Cyclades, as they create extremely favorable conditions for its development. Specifically, on the island of Sifnos it is proposed the creation of a complex of thematic tourism, which is the starting point of a wandering on the island itself but also on the rest for the traveler - visitor. Within this complex, he has the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of all the islands, to participate in pottery, painting and gastronomy works (arts for which the island is famous) as well as to stay for a few days. The houses are capable to accommodate two to four persons, designed according to bioclimatic principles and natural local materials. The architectural composition of the complex is intended to create a miniature of a Cycladic traditional settlement so that through the tour, the visitor can navigate all the islands and gain a new unique travel experience.	en
