heal.abstract	The subject of this thesis is to analyse Regillis region in regard to the routes that a pedestrian can choose in the area, taking into account the potentials of the region based on the chosen points of interest. The Travelling Salesman Problem, the Nearest Neighbor Algorithm (both NNA RNNA) and the Cheapest Link Algorithm were used tfot the analysis of the routes. Using the above mentioned algorithms, we concluded to the optimal route a pedestrian can choose by which he/ she can traverse betwee the chosen points of interest, with the smallest possible distance. In the second part of this thesis, 7 di erent concepts are de ned by their purpose in regard to the to the choosen points of interest. Using Conceptual Blending theory, the concepts are combined in order to check if the region can satisfy the needs of each visitor.Finally, Space Syntax Theory is mentioned, and with its fundamental principle the region can change it's urban renewal and shaping based on the access to the buildings or the streets and then ow towards them.	en
