heal.abstract	Κύριο θέμα της παρούσας διπλωματικής ήταν ο σχεδιασμός του νέου αεροσταθμού της Πάρου. Βασικό κομμάτι της εργασίας αποτέλεσε η πρόβλεψη της επιβατικής κίνησης για το έτος 2037. Μέσα από την ανάλυση της επιβατικής κίνησης της Πάρου τα τελευταία χρόνια, τη μέθοδο της παλινδρόμησης αλλά και μέσω της μελέτης της μεταβολής της κίνησης άλλων αεροδρομίων των Κυκλάδων, ήταν εφικτό να προσδιοριστεί η ετήσια κίνηση για το έτος στόχος . Με δεδομένη λοιπόν την επιβατική κίνηση και ακολουθώντας τις απαραίτητες προδιαγραφές από τους ΥΠΑ, ICAO, IATA καταρτίσαμε το κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα του αεροσταθμού. Ο αεροσταθμός αναπτύσσεται σε τρία επίπεδα. Το ένα από αυτά στεγάζει τους απαραίτητους χώρους γραφείων ενώ τα άλλα δύο επίπεδα στεγάζουν τις υπηρεσίες των αναχωρήσεων και αφίξεων. Το κτίριο έχει μεταλλικό φέροντα οργανισμό με δικτυωματικούς φορείς και μεταλλικό στέγαστρο. Οι εντάσεις του στεγάστρου προς τον αέρα καθώς και οι απολήξεις του στο έδαφος ανταποκρίνονται στις κινήσεις των επιβατών και βοηθούν στην ένταξη του κτιρίου στο τοπίο. Εκτός από το κεντρικό κτίριο του αεροσταθμού μελετήθηκαν και οι θέσεις των βοηθητικών κτιρίων του αεροδρομίου, καθώς και οι χώροι στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων και η ροή της κυκλοφορίας σε αυτούς.	el
heal.abstract	The purpose of this project was to design a new terminal building for the airport of Paros. One of the main challenges was to forecast the annual passenger traffic for the year 2037. Through the analysis of the passenger traffic data collected so far, not only for Paros but also for other islands of the Cyclades complex, and the models of regression analysis, we were able to predict the passenger traffic in the future. Taking into consideration the protocols and restrictions by IATA and ICAO, we calculated the square meters needed for each area of the terminal. The terminal building is developed in three levels; one of them is used by the employees of the airport and the other two serve the departing and arriving passengers. The structural system of the building consists of steal truss triangular beams and the roofing is also metal. The shape of the roofing reflects the way passengers move inside the terminal and leads to the integration of the building to the surrounding environment. Besides the main terminal building, the proposal suggests a layout for the supporting infrastructures of the airport and the car parking areas.	en
