heal.abstract	Παρουσιάζονται τα διαγράμματα ελέγχου τύπου Shewhart, CUSUM και EWMA και γίνεται συγκριτική ανάλυση ευαισθησίας ατών, όσον αφορά την ικανότητα τους στον εντοπισμό της εκτός ελέγχου λειτουργίας, όταν η μορφή των μη συμμορφωμένων με τις επιθυμητές προδιαγραφές παρατηρήσεων, ακολουθεί τις κατανομές Διωνυμική και Bernoulli.	el
heal.abstract	Integral part of the Statistical Quality Control consists the Control Charts that allow the process monitoring and control of processes during time. With these Charts one can check whether a process is in statistical control regarding a particular quality characteristic. Since in the majority of cases, the measure of quality characteristic is the number of observations that do not conform with the desired speci cations, statistical distributions are employed for the analysis. In this study, Shewhart, CUSUM and EWMA control charts are presented. Subsequently a sensitivity analysis is carried out to determine their ability to detect an out of control shift when the pattern of observations that do not conform with the set specs, follow the binomial and Bernoulli observations. In Chapter 1 the meaning of quality and its dimensions are de ned. The variability of the production process is analysed together with the statistical control through the Control Charts. Chapter 2 introduces the Shewhart type Control Charts for samples that follow the binomial and Bernoulli distributions. The sensitivity to detect an out of control process by the Control Charts is evaluated. For the aforementioned distributions the Cumulative Sum Control Charts (CUSUM and FIR CUSUM) are analysed in Chapter 3. The sensitivity to detect the out of control process is evaluated for these charts and the Shewhart type Control Charts. Chapter 4 presents Control Charts with Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA and FIR EWMA) for samples that follow the above distributions. The sensitivity to detect the out of control process is evaluated for these charts and also for charts type Shewhar, CUSUM and FIR CUSUM. Chapter 5 presents two applications of Shewhart, CUSUM and EWMA charts for data that follow the binomial distribution. In Chapter 6 a comparative analysis of the conclusions for the sensitivity analyses of the chapters is presented.	en
