heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία μελετά τη δημιουργία ενός ιστιοπλοϊκού ομίλου στον δήμο Κρωπίας. Η σπουδαστική ομάδα αποτελείται από φοιτητές της Αρχιτεκτονικής Σχολής Αθηνών που είχαν ενεργό συμμετοχή στο άθλημα της ιστιοπλοΐας. Έχοντας παρευρεθεί σε πολλαπλές διοργανώσεις τοπικών και διεθνών αγώνων σε διάφορες κατηγορίες σκαφών, ήρθαν σε επαφή με άτομα που έχουν εξειδίκευση στον συγκεκριμένο τομέα, με αθλητές και αθλητές με ειδικές ανάγκες, με ακραία και ήπια καιρικά φαινόμενα, με αρχιτεκτονικές ιστιοπλοϊκών κέντρων της χώρας και του εξωτερικού και γενικότερα με τρόπους λειτουργίας και οργάνωσης του αθλήματος σε θέματα διεξαγωγής προπονήσεων, αγώνων, διαλέξεων, εκδηλώσεων-απονομών, που αφορούν αθλητές, κηδεμόνες αλλά και ομάδες χωρίς άμεση σχέση με το άθλημα. Ως συμπέρασμα, ένα κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα που αναπτύσσεται σε τρεις άξονες, από τους οποίους ο πρώτος αφορά κυρίως το λειτουργικό τμήμα του κέντρου(λιμάνι), ο δεύτερος τις εγκαταστάσεις και ο τρίτος τους χώρους αναψυχής, ανταποκρίνεται βέλτιστα στις ανάγκες των ιστιοπλοϊκών ομίλων. Η ευαισθητοποίηση ορισμένων ιστιοπλοϊκών ομίλων(κυρίως του εξωτερικού) απέναντι σε αθλητές με ειδικές ανάγκες και η γενική έλλειψη ιστιοπλοϊκών ομίλων στην Αθήνα ικανούς να υποστηρίξουν τους συγκεκριμένους αθλητές, ώθησε τη σπουδαστική ομάδα να συμπεριλάβει στο σχεδιασμό της, παραμέτρους που όχι μόνο θα υποστηρίξουν τους υπάρχοντες αθλητές με ειδικές ανάγκες αλλά θα ωθήσουν και νέους να κινηθούν προς το συγκεκριμένο άθλημα.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma thesis is about the creation of a sailing club in the area of Kropia. The student group consists of students from the School of Architecture of Athens who have been actively involved in sailing. Having participated in multiple events of local and international competitions in various categories of the sport, they have come to contact with people with specialization in this field, with athletes and athletes with physical disabilities, with extreme and mild weather conditions, with architectures of sailing clubs in the country and abroad and with ways of operating and organizing this specific sport in terms of conducting trainings, competitions, lectures, events and prize giving ceremonies, involving athletes, parents and groups with no relation with the sport. As a conclusion, a building program developed in three axes, the first of which concerns mainly the functional part of the center (port), the second the facilities and the third the recreation areas, meets best the needs of a sailing club. The awareness of certain sailing clubs (mainly abroad) towards athletes with physical disabilities and the general lack of sailing clubs in Athens capable of supporting these athletes has prompted the student team to include in its design aspects that will not only support existing athletes with physical disabilities but will also encourage new ones to move towards this sport.	en
