heal.abstract	Η σύγχρονη, παγκοσμιοποιημένη κοινωνία, θέτει μία νέα συνθήκη ανάγνωσης του τόπου καθώς διέπεται πλέον από έντονη κινητικότητα - ροές και από την απεδαφοποίηση των λειτουργιών και των εννοιών του σε διαφορετικές ταχύτητες ανάπτυξης τόπων, που υποδεικνύουν τον κίνδυνο αποτοπικοποίησης. Η κατανόηση τους επομένως γίνεται περισσότερο μέσα απο την λογική του δικτύου, το οποίο απαρτίζεται απο ροές και κόμβους. Λόγω της διάχυτης έννοιας του τόπου, η εργασία δεν φιλοδοξεί να ερμηνεύσει τον τόπο, αλλά μέσω της επαγωγικής λογικής να εστιάσει στην έννοια αυτή και να αναδείξει την αρχιτεκτονική ως το μέσο που αναγνωρίζει τα διαχρονικά στοιχεία που έφεραν τόπο και άνθρωπο σε συναίνεση. Παρατηρούμε λοιπόν το τόπο μέσα απο υφιστάμενες ερμηνείες των επιστημών (φιλοσοφία, μοντελοποίηση, μαθηματικά, κ.α.) οι οποίες ομαδοποιούνται σε κάθε κεφάλαιο – πρίσμα και μέσω πειραματισμού και συνδυασμού αυτών, δημιουργείται ένα αφηρημένο εννοιολογικό μητρώο που τονίζει την λειτουργία της δικτυακής λογικής της τοπολογίας και των αλγορίθμων. Παράλληλα σε κάθε στάδιο εντοπίζουμε τις έννοιες στο παράδειγμα της Θηρασίας, ένα αποκομμένο νησί του συμπλέγματος των νήσων της Σαντορίνης που διακρίνεται για το ευρύ φάσμα χαρακτηριστικών του. Η εργασία στοχεύει στον εντοπισμό του προβλήματος της ομαλής μετάβασης στο δίκτυο και της επέκτασης της ιστορίας της Θηρασιάς σε μια μελέτη που μπολιάζει την συλλογική νοημοσύνη στην δικτυακή λογική, και αξιοποιεί την εμπειρία από το τοπολογικά ισοδύναμο της Θηρασίας, την Θήρα.	el
heal.abstract	Our modern global society imposes a new reading of the term “place” since nowadays it is governed by intense mobility-flows and deterritorialization of functions and content in different speed rates in the development of places which designate the danger of depopulation. Therefore such acknowledgement involves understanding the notion of networks which are composed of flows and nodes. Due to the diffuse concept of the term “place” this dissertation essay is not aimed at an interpretation of the term “place”, but through inductive reasoning, it focuses on the notion of “place” giving prominence to architecture as the identification medium of the intertemporal elements that reached humans and places in consent. Therefore the notion of “place” is observed herewith through existing interpretations resulting from fields of science such as philosophy, modeling, mathematics etc. and which are grouped in each chapter/prism of this dissertation. Experimentation and combinations of the above scientific fields give rise to an abstract conceptual record which emphasizes the use of network theory, topology and algorithms. In each stage of the research corresponding concepts are located in the example of Thirassia - an isolated island of the Santorini complex - which is distinguished for its broad spectrum of characteristics. The present research aims at identifying the problem of a smooth transition to the network and the history extension of Thirassia in a study that grains the collective intelligence to the network logic and exploits the experience from Thira the (homeomorphic) - topologically equivalent of Thirassia.	en
