heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας υπήρξε ο σχεδιασμός ενός σύγχρονου κέντρου αναρρίχησης. Ένα κέντρο αναρρίχησης το οποίο έρχεται να ενταχθεί σε μία γενικότερη πρόταση ανάπλασης ενός δημόσιου αθλητικού πάρκου που σήμερα λειτουργεί προβληματικά. Ο λόφος Τσακός οποίος είχε μετατραπεί σε λατομικό τόπο την δεκαετία του ’50 σήμερα φιλοξενεί αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις χωρίς κανένα ουσιαστικό σχεδιασμό και παράλληλα εντοπίζονται σε αυτόν ασύμβατες χρήσεις ως προς τον χαρακτήρα του ίδιου αλλά και της γειτονιάς στην οποία εντάσσεται. Η οργάνωση των αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων σε ένα γενικότερο masterplan, η απομάκρυνση λειτουργιών που υποβαθμίζουν την εικόνα του πάρκου, η ένταξη νέων και συνάμα κρίσιμων, ως προς την αναβάθμιση του πάρκου, λειτουργιών και η δεντροφύτευση με αρχιτεκτονικούς όρους ήταν ζητήματα σχεδιασμού που τέθηκαν προς επίλυση. Παράλληλα στα πλαίσια της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας το βάρος μεταφέρθηκε στον σχεδιασμό του κέντρου αναρρίχησης το οποίο πρόκειται για μία εξ’ ολοκλήρου ξύλινη κατασκευή. Η οποία αντιμετωπίστηκε σχεδόν ως μία μελέτη εφαρμογής εξαντλώντας, όσο γίνετε στο χρονικό διάστημα ενός εξαμήνου, την διερεύνηση των οικοδομικών λεπτομερειών.	el
heal.abstract	The purpose of this thesis was to design a modern climbing center. A climbing center that is part of a general proposal to redesign an athletic park in which problematic elements can be defined. Tsakos hill, which had been converted into a quarry site in the 1950s, now hosts sports facilities but without any substantial design and at the same time incompatible uses can be found concerning the character of the park and the neighbourhood in which it is located. The organization of the sports facilities as part of a general masterplan, the removal of functions that degrade the image of the park the integration of new and at the same time critical operations to upgrade the parks image, and tree planting on architectural terms were design issues that were resolved in this thesis. At the same time as part of the learning process the weight was shifted to the design of the climbing center which is a completely wooden construction. Which was treated almost as an implementation study by exhausting, as much as it was possible within a six-month period, the investigation of the building details.	en
