heal.abstract	Η παρούσα έρευνα επιχειρεί να ερευνήσει, να παρουσιάσει και να ερμηνεύσει μια σειρά ταξιδιών και θεωρήσεων του ιδρυτή του γραφείου των ΟΜΑ, Rem Koolhaas, στις διαδικασίες αστικοποίησης, στο Λάγκος της Νιγηρίας. Το εγχείρημα αυτό στοχεύει στην κατανόηση ενός ιδιαίτερου αστικού περιβάλλοντος, έτερο από το δυτικό ευρωπαϊκό, προϋπόθεση και συνθήκη για την ανάπτυξη γνώσεων ικανών να ερμηνεύσουν και να επαναστοχαστούν συστατικά στοιχεία, έτερων και γηγενών αστικοτήτων. Οι θέσεις του Koolhaas για την πόλη και την πολεοδομία είναι αρκετά ριζοσπαστικές. Ταυτόχρονα τα κείμενά του και οι ομιλίες του είναι ανάμικτες με αρχιτεκτονικούς αφορισμούς, οικονομικές, πολιτικές και μορφολογικές θεωρήσεις. Συνολικά όμως τόσο τα δύο του μανιφέστα S, M, L, XL, Delirious New York, όσο και η πρόταση για τη Villette μπορούν να αποτελέσουν υπόβαθρό για μια συγκροτημένη αντίληψη επί της πολεοδομικής του θεωρίας. Αποτελούν λοιπόν τη βάση και την προϋπόθεση ερμηνείας και κατανόησης του ταξιδιού στο Lagos που ακολουθεί. Για αυτό το λόγο, σε κάθε κεφάλαιο θα επιχειρηθεί μια παράλληλη διερεύνηση και αφήγηση ανάμεσα σε 2+1 χρονικές περιόδους-θεωρήσεις. Οι πρώτες δύο εστιάζουν στο θεωρητικό λόγο του Koolhaas και στην πρακτική του στη Villette. H τρίτη, χρονικά τελευταία, ξεκινά το 1998 με το ταξίδι στο Lagos και την απόπειρα συγκρότησης θεώρησης για την πόλη. Συνεπώς θα επιχειρηθεί μια σύνδεση ανάμεσα στο τριμερές Λάγκος-S, M, L, XL.-Villette, με βάση τη θεώρηση του Koolhaas πάνω στην αστική συνθήκη και τις πρακτικές της.	el
heal.abstract	This research attempts to search, present and interpret a series of trips by the founder of the office of OMA, Rem Koolhaas, at the urbanization process of Lagos, Nigeria. This enterprise aims at familiarization with a specific urban environment, unalike from Western European, a prerequisite and condition for the development for a discursive framework capable of assimilating and rethinking the constituent elements of different and indigenous urbanity. Koolhaas's positions on the city and urban planning are pretty radical. At the same time, his texts and speeches are mixed with architectural delusions, economic, political and morphological considerations. But overall, both his manifestos: S, M, L, XL, Delirious New York, and Villette's proposal can provide a backdrop for a well-conceived notion of his urban theory. They are therefore the basis and precondition for interpreting and understanding the journey to Lagos that follows. For this reason, each chapter will attempt a parallel exploration and narration between 2 + 1 time period - consideration. The first two focus on Koolhaas's theoretical discourse and his practice at Villette. The third, most recently, begins in 1998 with a trip to Lagos and the attempt to establish a theory on the city. Therefore, a link between the tripartite Lagos-S, M, L, XL.-Villette will be attempted, based on Koolhaas's view of the urban state and its practices.	en
