heal.abstract	Το εργαστήριο Ακουστικής της Σχολής Αρχιτεκτόνων Ε.Μ.Π. αποτελεί ένα κτίριο με μεγάλη ιστορία. Λόγω των αυξανόμενων αναγκών, αλλά και της εξέλιξης του τρόπου με τον οποίο πραγματοποιείται η ακουστική έρευνα σήμερα, είναι απαραίτητη η προσαρμογή του κτιρίου, έτσι ώστε να λειτουργεί με μεγαλύτερη αποτελεσματικότητα. Αντικείμενο λοιπόν της συγκεκριμένης διπλωματικής εργασίας, είναι η πρόταση επέκτασης του εργαστηρίου ακουστικής, με την προσθήκη δύο νέων εργαστηρίων (ενός ανηχοϊού θαλάμου και ενός θαλάμου επαυξημένης πραγματικότητας), καθώς επίσης και άλλων χώρων απαραίτητων για την σωστή λειτουργία του.	el
heal.abstract	Secluded in Zografou Campus - Athens, the Acoustics Laboratory is considered to be one of the most historic Laboratories of the National Technical University of Athens. Due to the increased research requirements, as well as the rapid evolution of the Acoustics Science, the expansion of the Acoustics Lab becomes a demanding, yet important step, towards its development and growth. The key scope of the present Thesis is to broaden and enhance the Laboratory’s research framework and adapt it to the upcoming future requirements. The design intent is driven by the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of the existing laboratories along with the expansion of its research limits by introducing new lab suites and specialised acoustic rooms such as an Anechoic Chamber and an Augment Reality Simulator.	en
