heal.abstract	Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική εργασία εκπονήθηκε στα πλαίσια του Διατμηματικού Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών Τεχνο-Οικονομικά Συστήματα του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου, κατά το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2018-2019 με θέμα Ανάλυση Διαδικασιών & Εφαρμογή Σύγχρονων Μεθόδων Διοίκησης Συντήρησης, Περίπτωση Α/Φ C-27J. Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η κατασκευή χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, τα οποία απεικονίζουν τη κατάλληλη ακολουθία των εργασιών, που περιλαμβάνονται σε κάθε προγραμματισμένη επιθεώρηση, με στόχο την ελαχιστοποίηση του χρόνου διάρκειάς τους και τη βέλτιστη αξιοποίηση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και των διαθέσιμων πόρων. Αρχικά γίνεται μια εισαγωγή των εννοιών συντήρησης και οργάνωσης μιας Πολεμικής Μοίρας και πως αυτά εφαρμόζονται. Μετέπειτα γίνεται μια συνοπτική περιγραφή του αεροσκάφους C-27J ενώ στη συνέχεια περιγράφονται αναλυτικά οι μέθοδοι ανάπτυξης των διαγραμμάτων GANTT, PERT και η μέθοδος της κρίσιμης διαδρομής ενώ παράλληλα παρέχονται παραδείγματα για επιπλέον κατανόηση. Σημαντικό κομμάτι της υπόψη διπλωματικής αποτελεί η μελέτη των σημαντικών επιθεωρήσεων όπως αυτές προκύπτουν από το τεχνικό εγχειρίδιο του υπόψη αεροσκάφους. Απεικονίζονται τα διαγράμματα GANTT & PERT ενώ γίνεται η εύρεση της κρίσιμης διαδρομής των εν λόγω επιθεωρήσεων. Η διπλωματική εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με το τελευταίο κεφάλαιο στο οποίο διατυπώνονται γενικά συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν κυρίως κατόπιν την κατασκευή των διαγραμμάτων GANTT & PERT, ενώ υπενθυμίζεται πόσο σημαντική είναι η οργάνωση των έργων για την εξοικονόμηση όχι μόνο χρόνου αλλά και ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.	el
heal.abstract	The present post graduate thesis was carried out within the post graduated program «Techno – Economic Systems» of the National Technological University of Athens N.T.U.A., during the academic year 2018 – 2019 on “Process Analysis & Implementation of Modern Maintenance Management Methods, Case Study A/C C-27J”. It elaborated by Konstantina C. Gota, Avionics Engineer of C-27J Spartan (HAF), under the supervision of Associate Professor George Matsopoulos, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering N.T.U.A.. Purpose of this project is the manufacture of timetables, which portray the suitable sequence of tasks that are included in each programmed inspection, aiming at the minimization of their duration and the most optimal exploitation of manpower and available resources. At the beginning, the meaning of maintenance and organization of a War Combat are described and how they are accomplished. Then, the A/C C-27J Spartan is briefly referred. Moreover, the methods of the diagrams GANTT & PERT implementation are analyzed and some examples are given for comprehension. It is of a tremendous importance the study of the important inspections of the aforementioned A/C as they are referred to the technical manual. The manufacture of the diagrams and the finding of the critical path is the main subject of the current thesis. The thesis concludes with the final chapter which sets out the general conclusions resulted from the manufacture of the diagrams of GANTT & PERT, whereas it is mentioned once and again the exceptional importance of Project Management in reducing not only time but also human resources.	en
