heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία πραγματεύεται την αρχιτεκτονική μελέτη ενός οινοποιείου στο νησί της Νάξου. Αφορμή για την εκπόνηση της εργασίας αποτέλεσε η απουσία επισκέψιμης οινοποιητικής μονάδας στο νησί. Η πρόθεση ενισχύθηκε μετά από έρευνα κατά την οποία διαπιστώθηκε η ανάγκη εκπαίδευσης και πιστοποίησης των οινοπαραγωγών της περιοχής. Έτσι, η μελέτη του οινοποιείου κινήθηκε σε τρεις άξονες: της παραγωγής, της εκπαίδευσης και του τουρισμού. Το κτίσμα τοποθετείται λίγα χιλιόμετρα έξω από τη χώρα της Νάξου, στο λόφο της Μονής Χρυσοστόμου. Η τοποθεσία χαρακτηρίζεται από την έντονη κλίση, το χείμαρρο που διατρέχει την πλαγιά, αλλά και από τις θεάσεις προς τη χώρα και τα γύρω νησιά. Η σύνθεση λοιπόν, συντίθεται αρχικά από πέτρινα οριζόντια τοιχεία τα οποία λειτουργούν αναλημματικά ως προς το έδαφος ενώ ταυτόχρονα ορίζουν το θέμα. Σε αυτά, εντάσσονται δύο ορθογώνιοι όγκοι, της παραγωγής και της εκπαίδευσης, οι οποίοι συνδέονται με ένα αντιστικτικό κατακόρυφο στοιχείο, καθώς και οι τετράγωνοι χώροι συνάθροισης.	el
heal.abstract	The following thesis project deals with the architectural study of a winery on the island of Naxos. The reason for this study was the absence of a visiting winemaking unit on the island. The intention was strengthened following an inquiry into the need to educate and certify wine producers in the region. Thus, the winery's study explores three axes: the production, education and tourism. The building is located a few kilometres outside the Chora of Naxos, on the hill of Saint Chrysostomos Monastery. The location is characterized by the intense inclination of the ground, the torrent running along the slope, and the view towards the Chora of Naxos and the surrounding islands. The synthesis, is consisted of stone-made horizontal walls that support the soil and at the same time define the subject. To these walls, two rectangular volumes are added, those that house the production and education and are associated with a vertical element, as well as square rectangles that house concourse uses.	en
