heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αφορά στην επανάχρηση του πάρκου Δρακοπούλου, στο τέρμα της οδού Πατησίων. Πρόκειται για ένα πρώην βιομηχανικό συγκρότημα με μία ιστορία που ξεκινά από το τέλος του 19ου αιώνα. Το πάρκο λειτούργησε ως βιομηχανία εριουργίας μέχρι την δεκαετία του 1950. Έως το 2009 στον χώρο διατηρήθηκαν όλα τα κτίρια του συγκροτήματος (ένα μεγάλο κτίριο παραγωγής, δύο κτίρια αποθήκευσης, ένα κτίριο διοίκησης, ένα κτίριο γραφείων-προσωπικού και η βίλα Δρακοπούλου). Έκτοτε, το νότιο τμήμα του πάρκου βρίσκεται υπό την διαχείριση των κατοίκων της γειτονιάς, οι οποίοι εναντιώθηκαν στην καταστροφή των κτιρίων παραγωγής και αποθήκευσης από τον ιδιοκτήτη του πάρκου. Η πρόταση περιλαμβάνει την επανάχρηση του κτιρίου διοίκησης ως δημοτικό ωδείο και την ανέγερση συμπληρωματικά ενός μικρού χώρου εκδηλώσεων και ενός κυλικείου. Προτείνεται επιπλέον ένας λοφίσκος, στον οποίο διαμορφώνονται κερκίδες. Το θέατρο ενώνεται με την κορυφή του λοφίσκου μέσω μίας στεγασμένης υπαίθριας διαδρομής η οποία κορυφώνεται σε ένα μικρό παρατηρητήριο. Για το κτίριο προσωπικού-γραφείων προτείνεται η επανάχρησή του ως χώρος δημιουργικής απασχόλησης παιδιών μετά το σχολείο. Για τη βίλα προτείνεται η στήριξη όσων από τους τοίχους της σώζονται και η διαμόρφωσή της σε ένα υπαίθριο παιχνίδι-παρατηρητήριο. Βασικοί στόχοι της πρότασης είναι η αρμονική συνύπαρξη του παλιών και νέων κτιρίων, πατώντας στον χαρακτήρα και τη γεωμετρία του παλιού, και η ενίσχυση της υπάρχουσας χρήσης του πάρκου ως χώρου συναυλιών σε μία ενιαία πολιτιστική μουσική ενότητα.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis focuses on the adaptive reuse of Drakopoulos park, at the end of Patision str. Τhis post-industrial complex was built in the late 19th century. The park functioned as a lumbering industry until the 1950s. Until 2009 all the buildings of the complex had survived (a production building, two storage buildings, one administration building, one office-staff building, and Drakopoulos villa). Since then, the southern part of the park has been managed by neighborhood residents who opposed to the destruction of the production and storage buildings by the park owner. The proposal includes the adaptive reuse of the administration building as a municipal conservatory and the addition of a small theater and a canteen. Furthermore, the creation of a small hill is suggested, on the slope of which there could be formed some seats. The theater is connected to the hilltop through a covered outdoor path that lead to a small observatory. As for the office-staff building, its adaptive reuse as a place for creative after-school childcare is suggested. As for the villa, its restoration and transformation into an outdoor playground-observatory is suggested. The main aims of the proposal are the harmonious coexistence of the old and new buildings, based on the character and the geometry of the old one, as well as reinforcement of the existing use of the park as a concert venue.	en
