dc.description.abstract	Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής είναι να αναλυθεί ο βιοκλιματικός σχεδιασμός, η αναγκαιότητά του στις μέρες μας και να παρουσιαστεί μία πρόταση για ξενοδοχειακό συγκρότημα στην περιοχή της Σαρωνίδας, στην Αττική, με βάση τις παραπάνω αρχές. Ακόμη, διεξάγεται μία μικρή μελέτη για το αποτύπωμα του άνθρακα ενός τέτοιου έργου, με βάση τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν.	el
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this thesisis to analyse the modern concept of bioclimatic design and its nexessity nowadays, and to present a proposal for a modern hotel unit, cosnsisted of independent bungalows, in the area of Saronida, in Attiki, based on the principles of bioclimatic design. Furthermore, a small resaerch on the carbon footprint of the hotel has been conducted, based on the materials used.	en
