heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο της έρευνας αποτελεί η μελέτη της προέλευσης ,αλλά και της εξέλιξης της κοινωνικής κατοικίας στην Ελλάδα παράλληλα με τον Ευρωπαϊκό χώρο και τη Σοβιετική Ένωση. Αναφέρεται στις πρακτικές αντιμετώπισης της κοινωνικής κατοικίας σε κοινωνικοπολιτικό επίπεδο. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν τις ιστορικές εξελίξεις παραθέτονται κάποια παραδείγματα που παρουσιάζουν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον. Μέσα από το σχεδιασμό αυτών γίνεται προσπάθεια αναδιαμόρφωσης των προτύπων κατοίκησης γενικότερα, αλλά και ηθικής διάπλασης των ατόμων σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες και τις επιδιώξεις της κάθε κοινωνίας.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of the research is the study of the origin, but also of the evolution of social housing in Greece in parallel with the European area and the Soviet Union. It refers to the practices of dealing with the issue of social housing at socio-political level. Taking into account the historical developments, some examples are presented, that are of parti cular interest. Through their planning, an effort is made to reform the living standards in general, but al so to morally shape individuals according to the needs and aspirations of each society.	en
