heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία πραγματεύεται τη δημιουργία ενός πολιτιστικού πάρκου στα Μέσσα της Λέσβου. Η διερεύνηση του τοπίου του νησιού, πραγματικού και φαντασιακού, συντέλεσε στη συσχέτισή του με πληθώρα ερωτικών αναφορών. Δημιουργείται, λοιπόν, ένας θεματικός κήπος αφιερωμένος στον έρωτα, με στόχο τη σχετική πολιτιστική και πολιτική διαπαιδαγώγησή του χρήστη. Στην πεδινή – αγροτική περιοχή των Μέσσων, στο κέντρο της Λέσβου, βρίσκεται ένα αρχαίο ιερό, το οποίο αποτέλεσε την αμφικτιονία του νησιού κατά την αρχαιότητα. Επιχειρώντας την αναβίωση αυτής της παλλεσβιακής χρήσης, σχεδιάζουμε το πάρκο στα Μέσσα, τοποθετώντας εντός του και τον αρχαίο ναό. Εκτός από τη διαμόρφωση του τοπίου, σχεδιάζονται, επίσης, κάποιες εγκαταστάσεις: αρχαιολογικό μουσείο, μικρά μνημεία-μουσεία αφιερωμένα σε Λέσβιους λογοτέχνες, που προσέδωσαν με το έργο τους ερωτικό χαρακτήρα στο νησί (Σαπφώ, Λόγγος και Οδυσσέας Ελύτης), στον Αγ. Βαλεντίνο και την φιλοσοφία του Έρωτα στην Αρχαία Ελλάδα. Αυτές οι εγκαταστάσεις αποτελούν μία σύγχρονη εκδοχή των γαλλικών follies του 18ου αιώνα. Οι αρχές που διέπουν τη συγκεκριμένη μελέτη είναι ο φυσικότροπος σχεδιασμός με τη χρήση καμπυλόσχημης γεωμετρίας και η επιλογή μιας αρχιτεκτονικής μορφολογίας, που εμπνέεται από τα φυσικά μορφώματα. Για τη φύτευση επιλέγεται η ζωγραφική απόδοσή της με επάλληλα επίπεδα αλλά και η αντιμετώπισή της ως δομικό στοιχείο που δημιουργεί χωρικές σχέσεις.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis deals with the creation of a cultural park in Messa, Lesvos. The examination of Lesvos' scenery, real and imaginary, contributed to the correlation of the island with numerous erotic references. So, we create a thematic garden dedicated to love, with the aim of cultural and political edification of the user about eros. In lowland - rural area of Messa, in the center of Lesvos, lies an ancient Greek temple, which was also the island's amphictyony in antiquity. Attempting to revive this supralocal use, we design the park in Messa including the ancient temple in it. Besides landscaping, we, also, design some installations: archaeological museum, small memorials - museums dedicated to Lesvos' litterateurs, who gave erotic character to the island through their work (Sappho, Longus and Odysseus Elytis), and others dedicated to St. Valentine and the philosophy of love in Ancient Greece. These facilities are a modern version of French "follies" of the 18th century. The principles underlying this study is the naturalistic design using curvilinear geometry and the choice of an architectural morphology, which is inspired by the natural formations. Planting is treated as a structural element that creates spatial relationships, while it is organized according to the painting technique which forms space with successive/superimposed levels.	en
