heal.abstract	Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας με τίτλο «Αυτοματοποίηση της Διαδικασίας Εξαγωγής Προμέτρησης & Προϋπολογισμού Έργων Οδοποιίας» είναι να αναπτύξει μια μεθοδολογία βάσει της οποίας ο μελετητής θα μπορεί άμεσα να εξάγει όσο τον δυνατόν την βέλτιστη οικονομικά επιλογή κατασκευής έργων οδοποιίας όπως αυτά κοστολογούνται στον Ελλαδικό χώρο. Για τον σκοπό αυτό μελετήθηκαν οι ελληνικοί κανονισμοί, δηλαδή το Περιγραφικό Τιμολόγιο Εργασιών Έργων Οδοποιίας, οι Οδηγίες Μελετών Οδικών Έργων (ΟΜΟΕ), τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και σχετικές εγκυκλίους. Τελικά, εξελίχθηκε ήδη ανεπτυγμένο λογισμικό με την βοήθεια του οποίου ο μελετητής δύναται να επεμβαίνει ταυτόχρονα στον σχεδιασμό όλων των εμπλεκόμενων στοιχείων (οριζοντιογραφία, μηκοτομή κ.τ.λ.) και να έχει εικόνα τόσο των τεχνικών έργων, μέσω των εξαγόμενων σε σχεδιαστικό περιβάλλον όσο και του Προϋπολογισμού του έργου.	el
heal.abstract	The purpose of the diploma thesis, entitled “Automation of the pre-measurement and budgeting export process of Road Construction", is to develop a methodology whereby the researcher can immediately extract the most economically feasible option of road construction projects, according to Greek costing criteria. For this purpose, Greek regulations have been studied, such as the descriptive invoices for road construction, the Road Design Guidelines Manual, technical specifications and relevant circulars. Ultimately, already advanced software has been developed in order to help the designer simultaneously intervene in the design of all the structural elements involved (horizontal and vertical alignment etc.) and have a direct picture of both the technical works through the exported data of the design environment as well as the overall picture of the Premeditation-Budget in each intervention.	en
