heal.abstract	Η εργασία εστιάζεται στην ανάλυση της διαδικασία της επανάχρησης, από τα χαρακτηριστικά του αστικού κενού μέχρι την επανάχρηση με νέα χρήση το μουσείο. Μελετώνται τα χαρακτηριστικά του αστικού κενού και διερευνάται η αξία των εγκαταλελειμμένων κτιρίων και τα στοιχεία της σημασίας, της διαμόρφωσης και της διατήρησης της συλλογικής μνήμης. Αναλύονται τα ζητήματα γύρω από την επανάχρηση και γίνεται αναφορά στα κριτήρια για την αξιολόγηση της καταλληλότητας της επανάχρησης και των νέων πιθανών χρήσεων που μπορεί να στεγάσει. Παραθέτονται οι περιπτώσεις που συναντάμε όταν συμβαίνει μια επανάχρηση κτιρίου και συγκεκριμένα οι μεθόδοι προσέγγισης των προσθηκών νέων κτιριακών όγκων και τα χαρακτηριστικά που επηρεάζονται στις αστικές όψεις. Γίνεται αναφορά στην σημασία της επανάχρησης κελυφών για την στέγαση μουσείων και στην σημασία του μουσείου στην σύγχρονη κοινωνία. Επισημαίνονται οι παράγοντες συμβατότητας του μουσείου και του κτιρίου επανάχρησης και ο σημερινός χαρακτήρας του μουσείου που συγκρίνεται με το παρελθόν, καταλήγωστας στους λόγους για τους οποίους γίνεται προσθήκη νέου όγκου σε κτίρια επανάχρησης με νέα χρήση το μουσείο. Παρουσιάζονται μερικά αποκαλυπτικά παραδείγματα ώστε να κατανοήσουμε σε βάθος τις αξίες επανάχρησης και τις επιπτώσεις του νέου όγκου στο ανάπτυγμα όψεων σε επίπεδο γειτονιάς και καταλήγουμε σε μερικά συμπεράσματα.	el
heal.abstract	The research is about the analysis of adaptive reuse, from the characteristics of the urban void until the adaptive reuse as a museum. The characteristics of the urban void are being analysed and we evaluate the worth of the abandoned buildings as well as the elements of their importance. We study the element of collective memory about how it is shaped and conservated. We analyse the issue of adaptive reuse and we study the criteria for the evaluation of the appropriateness in adaptive reuse and the conditions of the new possible uses that this building can accommodate. We list the methodologies in the practise of reuse and we concentrate on the adaptive reuse with the extension of the volume with exterior volume and their impact on the urban facades. We analyse the importance of the adaptive reuse as museums and for the modern cities. We highlight the compatibility characteristics between the museum and the adaptive reuse building and we compare the character of the modern museum to its old one. We are reasoning the extension of an adaptive reuse building that hosts a museum. Some case studies are being presented in order to better understand the criteria of the evaluation of the application of adaptive reuse and the concequences that the new volumes have to the facades in the level of neighbourhood and we end up to some conclusions.	en
