heal.abstract	Η ενίσχυση της δυναμικής των τειχών στην περιοχή μελέτης μας, ως χώρος αναψυχής, άθλησης, πολιτισμού, αλλά κι ως ιστορικό μνημείο κι αξιοθέατο, όπως ήδη συμβαίνει σε μεγάλο μέρος τους. Αποτελούν τα ίδια σκηνικό που αξίζει να επισκεφτεί κανείς, λόγω της ιστορίας που τα διέπει και της μορφολογίας τους, αλλά και παρατηρητήριο προς την πόλη, τη θάλασσα, το βουνό, που οφείλεται στο ύψος τους. Τα τείχη ανήκουν στη σύγχρονη πόλη ως συνωνθύλευμα παρόντος και παρελθόντος, κι όχι ως όριο με το έξω, ως φρούριο. Η διευκόλυνση πρόσβασης κρίνεται απαραίτητη για την αύξηση της χρήσης και της επισκεψιμότητας, αφού σε συνδυασμό με τη λειτουργία δραστηριοτήτων πλεόν θα απευθύνονται σε ένα ευρύτερο φάσμα ανθρώπων και κοινωνικών ομάδων. Για την επίτευξη των παραπάνω, προτείνεται ένας συνολικός σχεδιασμός στην περιοχή μελέτης μας, που περιλαλμβάνει διαδρομές παράλληλες και τεμνόμενες, πάνω στις οποίες τοποθετούνται δραστηριότητες που διαδραματίζονται με φόντο, τα τείχη, αλλά και την πόλη. Η ενότητα επεξεργασίας μας αφορά την περιοχή που εκτείνεται από τον προμαχώνα του Παντοκράτορα ως τον προμαχώνα του Αγίου Ανδρέα, που είναι και η μια απ΄τις δύο απολήξεις των τειχών προς τη θαλασσα. Το τμήμα αυτό περιλαμβάνει τα τείχη αυτά καθ΄αυτά, την τάφρο και τους γύρω χωρους που συνδιαλέγονται με τα τείχη.	el
heal.abstract	The strengthening of the potential of the Venetian Walls in our study area, as a place of recreation, sports, culture, but also as a historical monument and attraction, as is already happening. Venetian Walls are already a scenery that is worth visiting, due to the history that governs them and their morphology, but also an observatory to the city, the sea, the mountain, due to their height. We tried to examine the walls as a part of the modern city, a patchwork of the present and the past, and not as a border, as a fortress. Facilitating access is considered necessary to increase the accessibility, since in combination with the operation of activities will now be addressed to a wider range of people and social groups. To achieve the above, a comprehensive design is proposed in our study area, which includes parallel and intersecting routes, on which are placed activities that take place in front of the Walls as a scenery but also the city. Our processing method concerns the area that extends from the bastion of the Pantocrator to the bastion of St. Andrew, which is one of the two acess of the walls to the sea. This section includes the walls themselves, the moat and the surrounding areas that communicate with the walls.	en
