heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία επιδιώκει να σκιαγραφήσει διεθνείς τάσεις γύρω από το σύγχρονο ζήτημα της κατοικίας. Συνδέει την σημερινή όξυνση του ζητήματος της κατοικίας με τις αναδιαρθρώσεις που σφράγισαν την εξέλιξη του σύγχρονου καπιταλιστικού κόσμου τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες. Αναδεικνύει την εμπειρία από την κρίση στην αγορά των ενυπόθηκων στεγαστικών δανείων στην Αμερική, και περιγράφει ιδιαίτερες πλευρές του ελληνικού μοντέλου πρόσβασης στην κατοικία μέσα από την ιστορική προσέγγιση των διαδικασιών πρόσβασης στην κατοικία στην Ελλάδα (αυθαίρετη δόμηση, αντιπαροχή, στεγαστικός δανεισμός). Παράλληλα, επιχειρείται η αποτύπωση της σημερινής κατάστασης στην Ελλάδα, οι τάσεις που διαμορφώνονται σε σχέση με την προωθούμενη διαχείρηση των κοκκινων δανείων και των πλειστηριασμών, αλλά και κάποιες πρώτες τροχιοδεικτικές βολές σε σχέση με την επανιεράρχηση του ζητήματος της κατοικίας και την αναγκαία ανασυγκρότηση των κινημάτων πόλης. This master thesis seeks to outline the international trends around the contemporary issue of residence. Aim is to correlate the current critical issue of housing with the restructures that have marked the evolution of the modern capitalist world within the last decades. Therefore, the first part of the thesis highlights the experience of the crisis in the mortgage market in the U.S., whereas the second part points out the particularities of the Greek model through a historical approach of home access procedures within the Greek society (arbitrary building, consolidation system (antiparochi - a uniquely Greek arrangement), housing lending etc.). Furthermore, it is attempted to describe the present situation in Greece, investigating the current tendencies in the housing market in relation to the promoted management of red loans and auctions. Finally, it is also goal to suggest some early directions of a radical reapproach of the issue of housing in an era of crisis, searching for a necessary counter-attack of urban grassroot movements.	el
