heal.abstract	Το αντικείμενο της προκείμενης διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί ο σχεδιασμός ενός καταλύματος εναλλακτικού τουρισμού στο οποίο ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να περιηγηθεί, να συμμετέχει σε δραστηριότητες άμεσα συσχετισμένες με τη φύση και την παράδοση, αλλά και να διανυκτερεύσει. Το σύστημα αυτό λαμβάνει χώρο σε μια μικρή, και απομακρυσμένη απ’ τον πολιτισμό, χερσόνησο στο νοτιοδυτικό κομμάτι της Άνδρου. Το πεδίο διαθέτει κάποια χαρακτηριστικά στοιχεία τα οποία γίνονται σταδιακά αντιληπτά κατά την κατάβαση προς τη θάλασσα και μαρτυρούν την ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση του παρελθόντος στο φυσικό τοπίο. Βασική δραστηριότητα είναι η πεζοπορία, καθώς το ίδιο το υπάρχον πέτρινο μονοπάτι αποτελεί πλέον την κατάληξη, αλλά και την έναρξη, μιας πεζοπορίας η οποία συνδέεται με το υπόλοιπο πεζοπορικό δίκτυο της Άνδρου. Οι υπόλοιπες δραστηριότητες προσφέρουν, κατά κύριο λόγο, την εμπειρία της τοπικής αγροτικής ζωής της Άνδρου. Αναγνωρίζονται 2 βασικοί άξονες οι οποίοι διατρέχουν το πεδίο και τελικά συναντιούνται καταλήγοντας στη θάλασσα. Το ρέμα – το φυσικό, που σχηματίζει μια καμπύλη γραμμή και το πέτρινο μονοπάτι – το ανθρωπογενές, που σχηματίζει μια τεθλασμένη γραμμή. Εκκίνηση της ιδέας μας αποτέλεσε η δημιουργία ενός τρίτου άξονα-πορείας προς τη θάλασσα: μιας ευθείας γραμμής. Σε μια προσπάθεια ύπαρξης της δυνατότητας διαφορετικών σταδίων επαφής με τη φύση σε ό,τι αφορά τη φιλοξενία-διαμονή των επισκεπτών, δημιουργήθηκε η ιδέα της διάσπασης. Αυτή η διάσπαση, είναι τόσο λειτουργική όσο και κατασκευαστική και απαρτίζεται από: το πλήρες, το ενδιάμεσο και το εκτεθειμένο. Αυτοί οι τρεις τύποι φιλοξενίας συνδέονται με έναν κεντρικό πυρήνα, έναν κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Όλες οι δομές προκύπτουν από το έντονο τοπιακό ανάγλυφο, δημιουργώντας έναν διάλογο τόσο με αυτό όσο και με τα παραδοσιακά κτίσματα του παρελθόντος.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of the current master thesis project is the design of an alternative tourism accommodation in which the visitor can tour, participate in activities directly related to nature and tradition, but also spend the night. It takes place on a small peninsula far from civilization, in the southwestern part of Andros island. The field has some characteristic elements which are gradually perceived during the descent to the sea and testify to the human intervention of the past in the natural landscape. The main activity is hiking, as the existing stone trail itself is now the end, but also the beginning, of a hike which is connected to the rest of the hiking network of Andros island. The rest of the activities offer, mainly, the experience of the local rural life of Andros. Two main axes are identified which run through the field and finally meet, ending in the sea. The stream - the natural, which forms a curved line and the stone path - the man-made, which forms a zigzag line. The beginning of our idea was the creation of a third axis-path to the sea: a straight line. In an effort to have the possibility of different stages of contact with nature in terms of hospitality and accommodation of visitors, the idea of disintegration was created. This disintegration is both functional and structural and consists of: the “complete”, the “intermediate” and the “exposed”. These three types of hosting are connected to a central core, a common space. All the structures emerge from the intense landscape relief, creating a dialogue both with it and with the traditional buildings of the past.	en
