heal.abstract	Η παρούσα έρευνα σκοπό έχει να μελετήσει την αλληλεπίδραση των ανθρώπινων αισθήσεων και του σώματος με τον παραγόμενο αρχιτεκτονικό χώρο, αναλύοντας ταυτόχρονα το περιβάλλον, φυσικό και δομημένο με γνώμονα την βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη. Αναλυτικότερα, γίνεται αναφορά στις επιπτώσεις του δομημένου περιβάλλοντος στην υγεία και τον ψυχισμό του χρήστη, στην ποιότητα του αστικού κλίματος, καθώς και στα περιβαλλοντικά προβλήματα και τις επιπτώσεις αυτών. Δίνεται έμφαση στο φαινόμενο του sick building syndrome, ενώ μελετάται ο επαναπροσδιορισμός της σχέσης του κτιρίου με το φυσικό περιβάλλον και την ομαλή ενσωμάτωση μέσα σε αυτό, υπό το πρίσμα του βιώσιμου σχεδιασμού και τις νέες μεθόδους αξιολόγησης (Well system) κτιρίων. Επιπλέον, η έρευνα εστιάζει στην μελέτη σχεδιασμού και δομής του κτιριακού κελύφους, στην επίδραση και στις φυσικές ιδιότητες των υλικών, καθώς και στις συνθήκες άνεσης και υγιεινής που θεωρούνται απαραίτητες για την ευημερία του ανθρώπου. Έμφαση δίνεται στην επίδραση των εργαλείων σχεδιασμού στην ψυχολογία, στις αισθήσεις και τα συναισθήματα που ενεργοποιούνται μέσα σε ένα αρχιτεκτονικό χώρο, ενώ γίνεται αναφορά στην έννοια του υλικού και του άυλου από την σκοπιά της αρχιτεκτονικής διάδρασης. Η ατμόσφαιρα, η μνήμη και η ιστορία ενός τόπου, αν και άυλες έννοιες, διαμορφώνουν συνθήκες που μεταβάλλουν πολυεπίπεδα την αντίληψη ενός χώρου. Σκοπός μέσω της μελέτης των αισθητηριακών ερεθισμάτων, αποτελεί η κατανόηση της έννοιας των αισθήσεων ως αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της καθημερινής διάδρασης του ανθρώπου και η επεξήγησή αυτών μέσω συγκεκριμένων αρχιτεκτονικών παραδειγμάτων.	el
heal.abstract	The present research aims to investigate the interaction of the human senses and body with the produced architectural space while analyzing the natural and constructed environment, based on the sustainable development. More specifically, reference is made to the effects of the urban environment, the health and psychology of the user, the quality of the urban climate as well as the environmental problems and their effects. Emphasis is given on the phenomenon of sick building syndrome, while the redefinition of the relationship between the building and the natural environment is studied, from the point of sustainable design and the new methods of building evaluation (Well system). The research focuses on the study of the design and structure of the building shell, the impact and the physical properties of the materials, as well as the comfort and hygiene conditions that are considered necessary for the human well-being. Emphasis is given to the effect of design tools on the psychology, senses and emotions that are activated within an architectural space, while reference is made to the concept of material and intangible from the point of view of architectural interaction. The atmosphere, the memory and the history of a place, even though they are intangible concepts, form conditions that change the space perception. The purpose through this study of sensory stimuli is to understand the concept of the senses as an integral part of everyday human interaction and to explain them through specific architectural examples.	en
