heal.abstract	Η εργασία αφορά στη χωροθέτηση και στο σχεδιασμό μίας μεταπτυχιακής σχολής εξειδίκευσης στην Κεραμική Τέχνη, στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Κεραμεικού (Αθήνα). Στόχοι αυτής της εργασίας αποτέλεσαν, τόσο η δημιουργία ενός τοπικού και υπερτοπικού κέντρου κεραμικής στην Αττική, όσο και η προστασία και ανάδειξη του αρχαιολογικού τοπίου της περιοχής επέμβασης και η αποκατάσταση και επανάχρηση των υπαρχόντων διατηρητέων κτηρίων στο σημείο. Το νέο κτήριο προτείνεται να λειτουργεί ως έδρα του Εργαστηρίου Τερακότας της Α.Σ.Κ.Τ, που εξειδικεύεται στην Κεραμική Τέχνη, όπου οι φοιτητές θα κάνουν ένα χρόνο πρακτικής εξειδίκευσης-μαθητείας στην τέχνη της κεραμικής. Η χωρική οργάνωση της σχολής επιχειρεί να αναδείξει και να εξυπηρετήσει τα βήματα της διαδικασίας δημιουργίας ενός κεραμικού αντικείμενου. Ταυτόχρονα το κτήριο δημιουργεί μια «γέφυρα» μεταξύ παλιού και νέου, αναδύοντας τις χαράξεις του υπάρχοντος αρχαιολογικού τοπίου στο οικόπεδο	el
heal.abstract	The thesis proposes the design of a postgraduate school of Ceramic Art in Athens, close to the ancient archaeological site of Kerameikos. Objectives of this thesis were the creation of a ceramic center in Attica with local and wider impact; the protection and enhancement of the archaeological landscape in site and the restoration and reuse of the historical-listed buildings that exist in the site. The new building, is proposed to house the Terracotta workshop of School of Fine Arts (Α.Σ.Κ.Τ), which specializes in Ceramic Art. The concept of the design is based upon the succession of the various steps of creation of a ceramic object. At the same time the new building creates a “bridge” between new and old, by using and highlighting the traces of the existing archaeological landscape that exist in situm.	en
