Στην εργασία αναλύονται οι προδιαγραφές ενός τέτοιου συστήματος ώστε να μπορέσει να αποτελέσει ένα πρότυπο Γεωγραφικό Σύστημα Πληροφοριών για αντίστοιχες ανάγκες.	el
dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses in the specifications, the designing and the implementation of a Geographic Information System, which will serve the need of the State's Real Estate Departments and also the need of individuals who are interested in the inquiry of defined lines of seashore and coast, in all the length of the Greek coastline. The paper analyzes the specifications of such a Geographic Information System so as it will become a model and set the standards for similar cases.	en
