heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική αφορά στην επανάχρηση του πρώην εργοστασίου κονσερβοποιίας «Πελαργός »στη νΑργολίδα, ως ένα λειτουργικό κέντρο πο υαπαντά στις ανάγκες της περιοχής σετοπικό και υπερτοπικό επίπεδο. Με στόχο το «μπόλιασμα» των χρήσεων και την οργάνωσή τους ως πειραματικό τοπίο με επίκεντρο το εργοστάσιο, επιλέγεται ένα τριμερέςπρόγραμμα, με κέντρο μια αγορά πλαισιωμένη από χώρους εργαστηρίων και πολιτιστικές χρήσεις. Στο ίχνος των όγκων που απομακρύνονται τοποθετείται ένας γραμμικός όγκος οργανωμένος σε δύο επίπεδα, σε μικρή απόσταση από το εργοστάσιο. Οόγκος αποκολλάται από το έδαφος σχηματίζοντας pilotis, ενοποιώντας εργοστάσιο και δημόσιο τμήμα, ενώ προγραμματικά κουτιά διατρυπούν εργοστάσιο και νέο κτίσμα. Στο επίπεδο του ισογείου, ο επισκέπτης συναντά στη στοά την ημιυπαίθρια αγορά, χώρους εργαστηρίων, χώρο εκθέσεων εντός του εργοστασίου, καθώς και μια αίθουσα θεάτρου που καταλήγει στην υπαίθρια πλατεία. Η κατακόρυφη κίνηση εξυπηρετείται από δύο κλειστά κλιμακοστάσια κεντροβαρικά της σύνθεσης και δύο ράμπες εκατέρωθεν. Το πρώτο επίπεδο φέρει πολιτιστικές χρήσεις σε κλειστό και ανοιχτό χώρο, ενώ το πρόγραμμα κορυφώνεται στο δεύτερο επίπεδο με την ημιυπαίθρια πλατφόρμα με χρήσεις αναψυχής. Τέλος, ο υπαίθριος χώρος ολοκληρώνοντας την πρόταση, παραλαμβάνει την έντονη δημόσια ζωή του τόπου, μέσω μιας δημόσιας πλατείας με κέντρο το υπαίθριο θέατρο, ως συνέχεια του αντίστοιχου κλειστού χώρου.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma thesis refers to the reuse of the former canning factory of "Pelargos" in Argolis, into a functional centre that meets the needs of the place at local and supra-local level. In order to bring together different uses and transform them into an experimental landscape focused on the factory, a tripartite programme is selected, centered on a food market framed by workshops and cultural uses. A linear volume takes the place of the ones that are being removed, organized in two levels, in short distance from the factory. The volume is detached from the ground, forming a pilotis, bringing together the factory and the public space, while programmatic boxes “penetrate” the factory and the new building. On the ground level, the visitor encounters the semi-outdoor market, workshops, an exhibition space within the factory, as well as a theatre room that ends up in the open-air square. The vertical circulation is served by two closed staircases in the centre of the composition and two ramps on either side. On the first floor, cultural uses in closed and open space are being placed, while the second level serves as a semi-open platform with recreational uses. Finally, the public outdoor space receives the intense public life of the place and completes the proposal through a public square around an outdoor theatre, in continuation of the corresponding closed space.	en
