heal.abstract	Η διπλώματική αποτελεί συνέχεια της διάλεξης με θέμα ‘’Το κατοικείν μετα την καταστροφη. Το καταφύγιο ως μέσο αντιμετώπισης της κρίσης’’. _Θέμα της διπλώματικής ειναί η αντιμετώπιση φυσικών καταστροφών μέσω ενός εξολισσόμενου καταφυγίου. Οι φυσικές καταστροφές που καλείται να αντιμετωπίσει είναι οι πλημμύρες και οι σεισμοί.Το καταφύγιο αυτό παραμετρόποιείται ανάλογα με τον τόπο που συντελείται μια καταστροφή ως προς τα υλικά κατασκευής. _Παράλληλα η κατασκεύη του καταφυγίου διακρίνεται σε φάσεις, ανάλογα με το χρονικό διάστημα που μεσολαβεί για την αντιμετώπιση καταστροφής και απευθύνεται σε μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων. Στην πρώτη φάση η κατοικία εξυπηρετεί αναγκές διημέρευσης και ύπνου. Στην δεύτερη φάση προστίθεται κουζίνα μπάνιο και ένας χώρος ύπνου για τους γονείς, ενώ στην τελική φάση προστίθεται ένας όροφος και εξυπηρετεί πλέον, όλες τις ανάγκες κατοίκησης μιας οικογένειας. Πέραν όμως της χωρικής ανάπτυξης του καταφυγίου για την ομαλή λειτουργία η κατοικία στα αρχικά στάδια πρέπει μεταβάλλεται το πρωί απο χώρο διημέρευσης σε χώρο ύπνου. Τέλος, πέραν του έχει πραγματοποιηθεό ολιστική μελέτη και ως προς τον σχεδιασμό του εσωτερικού χώρου της κατοικίας. _Στο τελευταίο μέρος της διπλώματικής γίνεται χωροθέτηση των κατοικίων εντός του αστικού ιστού χρησιμοποιώντας υφιστάμενα κενά οικόπεδα είτε κενά οικόπεδα που προέκυψαν μετά την καταστροφή. Αναλόγως λοιπόν το μέγεθος και την μορφολογία του οικοπέδου συγκροτούνται οι κατοικίες σε τυπολογίες. Ως case study γίνεται η επιλογή του δήμου Αθηναίων σε περίπτωση σεισμού και γίνεται προσπάθεια συγκρότησης των κατοικίων και στις τρεις φάσης κατασκευής σε κεντρικό οικόπεδο της Αθήνας.	el
heal.abstract	The diploma project is a continuation of the research thesis on "Living after the disaster. The shelter as a means of dealing with the crisis. " _The subject of the project is the confrontation of natural disasters through a progressive shelter. The natural disasters it deals with are floods and earthquakes. This shelter is configured depending on the place where a disaster occurs in terms of construction materials. _At the same time, the construction of the shelter is divided into phases, depending on the time it takes to deal with the disaster and it hosts a family of four people. In the first phase, the house serves the needs of living and sleeping. In the second phase, a kitchen, bathroom and a sleeping area are added for the parents, while in the final phase, an additional storey is added and it now serves all the living needs of a family. However, in addition to the spatial development of the shelter for the smooth operation, the house in the initial stages must be changed in the morning from a living room to a sleeping area. Finally, in addition to that, a holistic study has been carried out in terms of the design of the interior space of the house. _In the last part of the thesis, the houses are located within the urban fabric using existing vacant plots or vacant plots that emerged after the disaster. Depending on the size and morphology of the plot, the houses are formed in typologies. As a case study, the municipality of Athens is selected in case of an earthquake and an attempt is made to build the houses in all three phases of construction on a central plot of Athens.	en
