dc.description.abstract	Σκοπός της διπλωματικής είναι η στατιστική ανάλυση πιθανοθεωρητικών διαρροών πετρελαίου από δεξαμενόπλοια από διαφορετικά σενάρια ατυχημάτων από όλες της κατηγορίες των δεξαμενοπλοίων. Η στατιστική ανάλυση έγινε με την κατασκεύη ενός μοντέλου προσομοίωσης το οποίο βασίστηκε στους κανονισμούς 19 & 23 της marpol. Το μοντέλο υπολογίζει τις διαρροές και βελτιστοποιεί την θέση των διαμήκων φρακτών.	el
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this thesis is the statistical analysis of probabilistic oil spills of different accidental scenarios of all categories of tankers. The statistical analysis based on the results of a simulation model which was constructed using the regulations 19&23 of marpol.The simulation model calculates the theoritical oil outflows and the optimal position of the longitudinal bulkheads.	en
