heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία ασχολείται με την ανάπλαση του παραλικού μετώπου του οικισμού Γουβιά στην κεντρική Κέρκυρα και την ένταξη σε αυτόν ενός πάρκου υπερτοπικού χαρακτήρα με δραστηριότητες αναψυχής. Ο συγκεκριμένος τουριστικός οικισμός δεν διαθέτει κάποιο κεντρικό δημόσιο χώρο συγκέντρωσης με χρήσεις αναψυχής και παρότι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην Πόλη της Κέρκυρας και γειτνιάζει με την μεγαλύτερη σε μέγεθος μαρίνα της χώρας βρίσκεται σε υποβάθμιση. Πολύ κοντα στην παραλία βρίσκονται τα ενετικά Νεώρια που παρότι αποτελούν σημαντικό αρχαιολογικό χώρο του νησιού και σπάνιο δείγμα καλοδιατηρημένης οχυρωματικής αρχιτεκτονικής των Ενετών είναι σε εγκατάλειψη και μη επισκέψιμα. Ταυτόχρονα, μεγάλο τμήμα του παραλιακού μετώπου είναι αποκλεισμένο, περιφραγμένο και μη προσβάσιμο και λειτουργεί σαν βοηθητικός χώρος της μαρίνας. Οι προτάσεις της παρούσας διπλωματικής φιλοδοξούν να αναζωογονήσουν την περιοχή τόσο προσφέροντας πολλαπλές δυνατότητες όσο και αναβαθμίζοντάς την σε υπερτοπικής εμβέλειας ευχάριστο τόπο κατοικίας και παραθερισμού. Αρχικά, ο αρχαιολογικός χώρος του ενετικού ναυστάθμου αποδίδεται σε δημόσια χρήση και αποτελεί την καρδιά του πάρκου συνοδευόμενος από κατάλληλες διαμορφώσεις και μικρό εκθεσιακό χώρο. Παράλληλα διαμορφώνονται δύο δημόσιες πλατείες που απευθύνονται στον οικισμό και φιλοξενούν χρήσεις εστίασης και υπόστεγα πολλαπλών χρήσων για φεστιβάλ, υπαίθρια άθληση, εμπορικές δραστηριότητες κλπ. Ακόμη, προστίθενται γήπεδα άθλησης, υπόστεγα, καθιστικά και βοηθητικές υποδομές αυτών αλλά και της οργανωμένης πλαζ. Η παιδική κατασκήνωση που ήδη λειτουργεί στην περιοχή επανασχεδιάζεται και αποκτά εσωστρέφεια και ιδιωτικότητα. Τέλος, η σύνθεση ολοκληρώνεται με το σχεδιασμό όλων των μονοπατιών και διαδρομών που συνδέουν όλα τα συστατικά στοιχεία του πάρκου με τον οικισμό, την μαρίνα, τους χώρους στάθμευσης αλλά και μεταξυ τους καθώς και με σκέψεις για τον εμπλουτισμό της υπάρχουσας φύτευσης, η οποία αποτέλεσε βασικό συνθετικό εργαλείο της πρότασης.	el
heal.abstract	This master thesis project deals with the regeneration of the coastal front of the village Gouvia in central Corfu and the incorporation of a supra-local public park with leisure activities. This touristic village currently does not have a central public gathering place and despite the fact that it is located very close to Corfu Town and to the largest marina in the country it is in decline. Also, at the site close to the beach there is the Venetian shipyard which, although it is an important archeological site of the island and a rare example of well-preserved Venetian fortified architecture, is abandoned and inaccessible. At the same time, a significant amount of the coastal front is blocked, fenced and inaccessible and acts as an auxiliary area of the marina. The proposal of this thesis project aspire to revitalize the area both by offering multiple possibilities and by upgrading it to a supra-local pleasant place for residence and vacation. First of all, the Venetian archaeological site is attributed to public use and becomes the heart of the park accompanied by appropriate configurations and a small exhibition space. Also, two public squares are formed that host restaurants, coffee places and multi-purpose sheds for festivals, outdoor sports, commercial activities, etc. In addition, sports fields, sheds, seating areas and auxiliary facilities are added and cooperate with the organized beach. The children's camping that already exist in the area is being relocated and redesigned in order to have more privacy. Finally, the composition is completed with a proposal of all the paths that connect the facilities of the park with the village, the marina, the parking lots and with some thoughts about the enrichment of the existing planting, which was a key synthetic tool of the proposal.	en
